@LiamSpurs1 European farmers like Frankfurt, Bodo (who beat inter, city, and atletico this season), and manchester united?

@toblerone____ Bodo who lost to Sporting Lisbon despite having a 3-0 advantage. Giants

@Lewis_c12SG I don't disagree with you - no argument from me

@LiamSpurs1 Tottenham deserve to go down more than wolves and Burnley. We should be 20th

@Lemonbriz The same Ange who oversaw 22 PL defeats last season, building a culture of losing while justifying these defeats by beating farmers in the Europa

🚨🎙️ Jose Mourinho on Tottenham Hotspur’s Relegation
“Tottenham? They are a club with a disease. They sack the coaches who actually deliver. Pochettino gave them a Champions League final — gone. They did the same to me days before a cup final. And now? They win the Europa League after 17 years without silverware, thanks to Ange, and what do they do? Sack him 16 days later. No loyalty, no vision, just excuses and a big stadium. They betray the men who fight for them. One day this will catch up — maybe not relegation tomorrow, but they will keep falling until they learn: you don’t build success by destroying the winners.”

@ianjk23 @CDBaker86 Fair enough and you're not wrong with that statement but those UCL matches were the peak joy we felt under Poch and in our recent history. It just encapsulates how far we've been allowed to fall through incompetent leadership
English

@LiamSpurs1 @CDBaker86 Try watching the 2016/17 season then, we were on a decline in 2019 compared to then.
English

@AlexScutcher fully agree. Lange and Vinai have got no business working in the PL. They are both shockingly inept and neither of them are football men. And as always its the fans who are paying the price
English

@LiamSpurs1 Plus Levy bought Vinai and Lange to the club, all 3 are to blame
English

@drjimmy12 You've absolutely nailed it mate. You're 100% spot on with that assessment. Unfortunately, Spurs fans made Levy the pantomime villain. He was part of the problem, but not the biggest problem. That honour belongs to ENIC, Joe Lewis and co
English

@LiamSpurs1 Poch was clear, he required a full playing staff overhaul. A total re-build
That isn't in the ENIC vocabulary, so they went down their usual route, of junking the manager
That can has been kicked so far down the road, there's no more road left!
ENIC only have themselves to blame
English

@DaveSpurs99 100%. If anything Levy acted as cover for ENIC. People thought we'd cut the head off the snake when Levy left but the reality is he was just an employee at the end of the day
English

@LiamSpurs1 Ultimately all of this is on the shoulders of Enic, Levy had a very big part to play in what is now playing out
English

@Hellz08 Fully agree mate. Also Ange normalised losing in the PL. 22 defeats last season built a culture of defeat. Ange should have been sacked well before he was
