@LibelluleLoup @rachel_bell44 @jodygerbig Linen and bamboo have been recommended but are quite expensive. I would be happy to invest in either if they would help.

No one told me that perimenopause was as miserable as puberty but stretched out over an entire decade and without the metabolism.

@mantascox @rachel_bell44 @jodygerbig What options are you looking at? I bought muslin bedding. It was expensive to buy in Canada from the US. So far, I like it. Both my husband and I are comfortable.

@Kippy_mag_oddi @Teachers__Unite I feel the same. The workload now is also too much. It wasn’t like this early in my career. I had a decent work/life balance. I now work too many evenings and weekends. I am looking forward to getting my life back!

There are better ways for equity goals.

@Teachers__Unite But…..that 12.5% pension contribution gives you a chance to retire at a relatively young age, and you get annual cost-of-living increases. I get that it’s tough right now, but there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

@jennyleeshee @reading5050 We used to for many subjects. You would have a textbook and a teacher’s guide. These do still exist but are often not as good as before and there are fewer options. In general, a teacher would need to supplement the material anyway as those programs are never perfect.

@ChanLPfa A VP called a student homophobic because she wanted to join the protest to fight for girls to have the right to keep biological males out of the girls’ bathrooms and sports. He also told her to get her things as she would not be allowed back in the school after the protest.

@Answers4Sean Dan, you helped save our then 12 year old daughter. Her ringette association was demanding vaccination for the competitive players only. She learned she could get vaccinated without our permission. We shared Sean’s story. She did not get the vaccine. 🤗❤️

@hudsonsbay I was at your Bayshore location, Ottawa, twice in the last week. I had 6 of your staff offer to help me find things, answer questions, give advice from what they learned themselves or from other customers. The experience restored my faith in The Bay!
