in the leaked footage, she says "don't get in my way. otherwise, it won't just be your friends who don't remember who peter parker is." that's not a hero talking. that's someone who knows exactly who he is, knows his biggest vulnerability (his erased identity), and is threatening to take it further. shathra's whole deal in the comics is that she deduces peter's identity, poses as someone close to him, and systematically destroys his life before trying to eat him . threatening his loved ones and his identity is literally her signature move. whoever she is. it isn't jean.

In the leaked trailer it was Sadie Sink’s character who told Spider-Man to stay out of her way So I think she’s talking through Scorpion here
