@bookingcom I need urgent help with my refund for a booking and the system won't accept my confirmation number or PIN. Emails to customer service have proved unsuccessful. I need to speak to a human please ASAP.

You wonder why customers are leaving, or probably you don't really care judging by your attitude both on this occasion and the last one. Your service advisors are working with the parameters you have set them to use... give them more scope to offer more! Take responsibility 02.!!

Emergency repairs are one thing, planned outages weeks at a time are another. Told this morning that no end date, due to further issues with the works. Please tell me why I should pay for a service you're are not providing? Compensation should be given not token gesture of £50.

@O2 O2 HAS COST MY BUSINESS THOUSANDS. 3rd time in a matter of 5 months in this area, once again unable to provide me the service I pay for and unable to tell me when works will be completed. Goodwill gesture of £50 doesn't cut it and customer service appalling.

So because it has been optional to rehire and furlough, thousands have been left with nothing due to ex employers who refuse to help and make use of the Job retention scheme Now no option for new employment at the moment so what happens to these people @RishiSunak?

@sparkesfarm_t @NewStarterFurlo @RishiSunak But remember those that had just left a job to find they can't get a new one because it happened at the time all this started, so any interviews they were attending were futile as everyone stopped hiring. They now are stuck at the mercy of old employers refusing to take them back

@Lieslpol @NewStarterFurlo Ex employers are not the answer. That’s in the past. Allow our current employers to furlough us. No difference in the amount of money required for either option. @RishiSunak is being pig-headed about his mistake.

Around 260,000 people change jobs in the UK EVERY MONTH. New starters from March and April are currently unable to claim furlough pay. So, about 520,000 people have been forced into financial hardship. WE NEED A CHANGE TO THE JOB RETENTION SCHEME. #newstarterfurlough
