@_9th_Life_ Man I swear I thought I might be the only one that has problems!
English

Today we closed on 40 acres in Virginia to build something the world has never seen.
Here's why this is the most important thing you'll read today, without telling you exactly what it is. Not yet.
There is a hole in the world. Not a gap in the market, a hole in the world.
Millions of people living at a pace the human soul was never built for, checking their phones 200 times a day, sleeping next to their inboxes, calling a weekend at a hotel "getting away." It's not getting away... It's the same life with better sheets.
Here's the truth nobody in hospitality wants to say out loud. Americans don't need to be more comfortable. We have great beds at home. We have saunas at our gyms. What we're starving for is something no thread count can deliver.
The industry keeps bolting wellness onto buildings designed for something else. You can't retrofit meaning. So we're building from the ground up.
This isn't our first time.
Our mirror villas in Pennsylvania run at 90 percent occupancy, weekends booked out months ahead. Our first Virginia property runs at 100 percent, month over month.
Those were the practice rounds. Build, manage, market, operate, deliver... With the help of God, we figured it out.
What we're building now doesn't fit an existing category, and I'm tired of making it fit. It's not a resort, and it's not glamping with a bigger budget.
Picture the world's finest hotel amenities wrapped around experiences no luxury brand would dare touch because they can't be measured on a P&L.
The body will be fed like royalty. The soul will get nourished like it hasn't been since you were a kid.
On one end you have gorgeous five-star properties where you sit in a beautiful room and think, okay, now what.
On the other end you have earthy, soulful places held together with good intentions and a piece of canvas (aka “glamping”).
But nobody has built the space in between at the highest level.
That's the ambition.
Not one wellness resort, rather a new category, proven here first, then repeated in the places where the exhausted and the successful overlap.
Shoutout to my good lookin and hard workin co-founders Menachem Shemtov and Eli Shemtov, and to the architects, designers, builders, and investors who believe in us.
And thank you to this community. Every comment, every message, every intro over the years has carried this further than you know. (And yes, for those who have asked, there is still room for investors to join.)
I'll share the name soon, and I'll share the design when it can speak for itself.
I'll leave you with this: if you've ever left a place feeling like you've gotten a new lease on life, you already understand what we're building.
Exciting times ahead!

@eliterecomp I've been a fan of DSIP. Just started layering it with Selank for the past two nights and I've gotten the highest back to back sleep scores I've had in over a month
English

DSIP is the one that gets talked about for deep sleep. Real world, it nudges more slow-wave sleep without knocking you out like a benzo. I run 250-300mcg before bed in my KLOW stack rotation. Doesn't give that heavy sedative feel, just more restorative nights. HRV trends better the next day when it's in the mix. No magic, but it fills a gap most people ignore.
English

🧵 Most guys chasing peptides for recomp or recovery treat sleep like an afterthought. Big mistake. Your GH pulses, recovery, and even how well the rest of the stack works all ride on sleep architecture. Four peptides actually target different layers of it at night. Here's the practical breakdown.
English

@I_Research_Pept Not everyone will be optimized but putting them on the path can only help them. If you care about their health you get them on the GLP. What they choose to do with it from there is on them
English

Would you recommend Reta or other GLPs to someone you know will NOT make any life changes (nutrition and exercise)?
If they’ll continue to eat garbage and not work out?
They’d likely still lose significant weight and experience most of the ancillary health benefits but won’t be optimized.
What are your thoughts?
English

I am a reformed meathead
Used to scoff at "functional training".. mobility.. running
I squatted, benched, deadlifted & bodybuilding
These days I'm still lifting.. but in a much different manner
I'm also swimming, running, stretching & moving in new ways.
Moving my body in different planes of motion. After so many years of being so limited in my movement with powerlifting & bodybuilding
Body feels so much better

@researchrecomp That's incredible! Awesome discipline!

Had a dexa scan today, and also weighed a new low, down over 106 lbs. I realize I’m probably not actually 17.5% but this is crazy, for me.
Whatever it is, it’s a huge difference under the loose skin.

Reta + TRT (test was 250 now 730)+ GH are primary recomp drivers. No reason to lie. You get no trophies for doing things the hardest way possible. I did this on my own programming and plan, based on spending an insane amount of time researching.
I’ve been obese my entire life, and well over 200 lbs since probably 12 years old. I have lost weight a number of time but binge eating and food noise have been my constant weakness.
Food was an addiction. Even when eating right, food was the primary thing on my mind. What could I eat next? How could I make something better? How far could I push the lies to myself about cheating?
Reta took that away and gave me the ability to stay locked in and push myself.
As far as what I do, daily fasted cardio while in prime GH lipolytic timing is a non negotiable.
Currently lifting 3x a week, full body split, and a focus on training to failure and progressive overload.
Still running a 400 - 600 calorie deficit every day. Food, training, recovery, and then supplementation is the order of priority. Nothing beats consistency.
Currently doing yohimbine, carnitine, 5 amino, various stims, SLUPP and ATX-304 daily along with a number of other things. All this stuff came after getting my foundation of eating right, and the basics locked in. So many of these things are minimal needle movers that require a good foundation.
I’ve tried just about every peptide under the sun, and a lot of other things, and always glad to answer any questions that I can. I always have plenty of 3p tested extras, as well.

@TheRealOpsGuy This is weird stuff. Why do you care if and when @rorynotsorry bought water?
English

This was bought months ago. It was sitting in my warehouse because a payment processor said I couldn’t sell it. The situation changed.
Please do not assume that you know that all that goes through my mind.

@rorynotsorry No panic buying…unless you do it… x.com/rorynotsorry/s…

@RobDouglas Well I'm sure you'll get there! I know it took a lot of discipline to get where you are and that will carry you a long way! They always say the first 107 are the hardest!
English

@LifeIgniteRsrch Thank you! Still have some more to lose, but I’m getting there.
English

It’s been 40 weeks since I decided to make health and fitness my top priority. I’m down 107 lbs. According to Apple Health, I’ve maintained 166 lbs of lean body mass (LBM) on my 5’8” frame. Interestingly, that LBM amount is higher than the suggested total weight range on BMI charts for my height. Hence, like many people with my physical frame, I will probably remain above the suggested BMI, even if I drop to 10% body fat.
I do strength training workouts five days a week, cardio six days a week, and dedicate two days to partial or full recovery. I have intentionally slowed my weight loss to ~1.5 lbs per week to allow my skin to retract as much as possible. Still, at some point in the future, I may need to consider body contouring surgery. Onward!

English

I keep saying it but just have to keep shouting out @schober222. For context, I played sports my whole life. Joined the Marines at 18 - (infantry, Martial Arts Instructor), then moved on to K9 handler for the US Marshals, started doing Jiu Jitsu competitions, taught Defensive Tactics to many Police Departments, SWAT operator, on and on. All this to say that 20+ years in fitness and I never got the “body” I wanted. I still have goals to accomplish and to make it fun the goal is now Halloween costume prep by adding size.
We did this in 8 months (6’2, 212lbs down to 185 and now reversing out currently at 197), but it was NOT a normal 8 months. I had abdominal surgery in March, I have 4 kids, I fly all over the country often for work.
At some point you have to acknowledge that an investment in a good cosch is an investment in yourself, your future and your family.
You also have to stop excuses. I could easily fall back on many. But I refuse. Be unstoppable.

English

@researchrecomp @BFL_Michelle That makes sense. Might have to try it after dinner or something. My only problem is I'm a night owl attempting to reform so I never want anything to wear off by the time I'm actually ready to sleep!
English

@LifeIgniteRsrch @BFL_Michelle I like the selank as kind of the primer to down regulate into the chill mode, vs sleep. Whatever works best for everyone’s research though!
English

@BFL_Michelle @researchrecomp Curious to see what you think!
English

@researchrecomp @BFL_Michelle Nice. I've been taking both Selank and DSIP 30 minutes to an hour before bed
English

@BFL_Michelle @LifeIgniteRsrch Selank around dinner to wind down and set you up for DSIP 30mins prior to sleep has seemed like the best combo IMO.
English

@BFL_Michelle I forgot to add Pinealon on here too. I haven't tried it but I've heard good things
English

@LifeIgniteRsrch I don’t have a favorite yet. Tried DSIP. Researchinh Selank now and CJC. I’m going to add DSIP back tonight see if it jives with Selank.
English

@tonymission That's awesome! Always good when people want to be part of your growth and are willing to put some skin in the game too!
English

We're reaching new levels. Just had a Chinese vendor offer to send $22k of product and I don't pay a penny until it's tested and exceeds my standards. Also offering to pay 50% of the testing fees and give me $100 for every day after Friday if shipping is delayed. Sent me 30 American (Freedom) COAs from June 26th. To say I'm impressed by his confidence, trust and overall sales approach is an understatement. I hope he doesn't do this with everyone because eventually he'll get screwed, but I don't see how I could have said no. 😅
English

@BFL_Michelle Just updated and reposted this but after day two it's been the best back to back nights of sleep I've had in over a month. So far so good!
English

@LifeIgniteRsrch Interesting. I gave up on DSIP. Might have to try it again now that I have Selank.
