@ThePepGuy When I was obese my heart rate went up from walking to the kitchen. I don’t think I noticed it after the first 2 weeks because by then it actually was lower than before lol.

Where do people get these ideas. Zero people are racing to get to 12mg. I don’t know maybe two or three people (out of 100s) that got to 10 briefly. 6mg is pretty normal, not special low. People just make shit up. Also, you can get side effects like heart palpitations at 2-4mg.

Everyone's racing to 12mg on reta, I stopped at 6. weight started coming off around 4 anyway, and the side effects at the top dose aren't worth the extra half-pound a week / you don't get a medal for suffering more / I'm holding here indefinitely and losing steady / the hero-dose crowd can have their heart palpitations.

@I_Research_Pept The thing is that is who they are designed for. Read the trial data. The people aren’t biohackers lol. It’s gotten popular with the enhancement crowd, who forget it’s a real drug with a real purpose outside of trying to cut those last few lbs

Would you recommend Reta or other GLPs to someone you know will NOT make any life changes (nutrition and exercise)?
If they’ll continue to eat garbage and not work out?
They’d likely still lose significant weight and experience most of the ancillary health benefits but won’t be optimized.
What are your thoughts?

@MattLasky My current obsession is GBB-EEC. Idk if you’re into raising thermogenic rate, which is weird to type at all, but a couple mg is the craziest sweat I’ve ever had. I’ve backed off slightly haha

@MattLasky All injectable for me. I take it with my pwo set and get a noticeable boost during the lift. Dada + stims is a fave. I’m pretty sure it does something to my mood too. More patience it feels like .

@CashCultura That’s not a nexaph package. That’s a knock off. Nexaph is solid for beginners but there’s so many better domestic options out there at this point, particularly when you go off-site.

Lots of conflicting info out there. I’m in the higher dose crowd based on HED conversions from animal studies. I saw and felt no benefit at 5mg. 25 MG is my personal sweet spot. I take it in a 50mg/ml blend with 600 mg/ml carnitine. The biggest thing is understanding the mechanism. Taking it by itself and without attention to timing usually yields 0.

What are y’all dosing for 5-AMINO 1mq? I’ve found a lot of conflicting info out there, and I actually trust my Peptide X bros more than a website…is that bad?

@CoachTBennett_ I feel this. Played football through college, was always heavy but knew how to get after it. Made changes at 43 and it’s been a wild 9 months.

If you played collegiate sports at a high level to professionally then you are completely different… all you need is someone to challenge you and you will get back in that mode!!

@Lee_Maasen Overused IMO and I sell plenty of it lol. Getting out of obesity and all my blood markers in check, and a little trt is all it took. Plus, it’s unpredictable when I did take it, and that’s a very common thing. Could hit in 40 mins, could hit in 4 hours.

@itsjoshkade I lost 7 lbs of water weight with 48 hours and 12 lbs in the first week. I was aware it was inflammation but wow. 312 > 205 so far.
