@AmericanAir You had said my flight was delayed all day long. You’re using the weather as an excuse. I’ll be filling a complaint with the FAA and reaching out to @HawleyMO as my representative in congress. I hate saying this but more regulation is definitely in order.

Earlier @AmericanAir states my flight from DCA to STL was delayed due to weather in STL - with no weather but sunshine in STL. Later that was changed to ATC issues impacting my plane. (My plane sitting at gate for 4 hours). Improvement from silence I guess.

If tipping bothers you, there's the exit.” That's a bold strategy. 😳 Instead of convincing customers... just tell them to leave. Then businesses wonder why people are cooking at home more often. People aren't looking for a fight when they go out to eat. They're looking for a meal. But signs like this make it feel like customers are walking into an argument before they even sit down.

After flying @AmericanAir exclusively for over 15 years, Platinum status year-over-year, I finally got delayed one too many times today. The once amazing airline has become a joke the past year. I fly on their planes at least twice a week. Public data shows they have significantly more delays and cancellations than all other major airlines - obviously they are doing something wrong. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on hotels, food, uber, etc dealing with cancelled flights, and never asked for anything or complained. Nearly every flight this year of the scores I’ve taken have been delayed. I finally took the time to file an official complaint and this joke of a response is what I got back. It’s clear nobody even read my concerns. Hey @delta…interested in a new frequent flyer?

@Monica55dzrh Drink costs should be excluded from the 15% rule. A buck a drink plus 15% of the value of the food - not on the taxes.

We went to a dinner as a group and had a $500 bill. We tipped $40. We were happy we can be able to give our server something, but her reaction was the opposite. She told us she assumed we're going to give her at least $120. When we asked for the manager, she said she was just joking, but she wasn't smiling at all. Idk, but is $40 tip enough for $500 bill? I just feel like expecting $120 is not realistic..... 🤔🤔

Wow @AmericanAir , Im flying another airline today and look how they deal with flight delays. All those times I didn’t have to be disappointed if only you flashed a simple message like this. Instead I get texts every few minutes announcing my flight delayed more with no info.

@AmericanAir It doesn’t take much to fix the little things and the American flight experience would be so much better. Replace that CEO you have with me, I’ll fix all the world’s problems.
