@UPS_UK I’ve purchased an item from Germany (and paid you import fees), unfortunately the item needs to be returned, the vendor has told me to claim import duties from HMRC but apparently I need an MRN, which I can’t find on any delivery notes….why is this so complicated , help?

@OctopusEnergy As you control the charger in my case and not the car I find that’s not true and it doesn’t ever start and then stop it just runs per the schedule. That being said the cars been plugged in all day and this was a scheduled 4 minute charge

@Liferuler2001 Hey Tom, if you’ve just plugged in, it will charge for a short period until we take over. We’ll generate a schedule aligned with the greenest and cheapest times, not always continuous. @OctopusEnergy I’ve seen a few other people have this issue on X but what’s with the 4 minute charging window, had a few over the past few days and the cars not happy about it.

@Tesla really excited I’ve just ordered a Model 3, unfortunately the lease company I’ve ordered it with have “granted me access” to the order using my work email and not my existing Tesla account :( they have no idea how to fix it apparently

@AaronBastani There’s a reason that parade of shops is empty, it’s the landlord. He was trying to turn it into apartments and empty out the shops. Council rightly put a stop to that and he’s now been made to redevelop it.
