@xburak I had a terrible experience last month. I submitted a change, after 7 days they rejected it and say dont resubmjt just reply here, I replied and fixed it instantly but they saw it after 5 or 6 days also.

WTF really happened to App Store review times again? I've heard one developer has been waiting 10 days, another 7 days. It feels like things are getting out of control again, or is it just my close circle? What's been your experience lately?

one week between "I should just get a job" and "I cant stop now." 2 weeks ago I was at 0€ revenue and close to giving up. months of building an app that went nowhere. 20 active users who seemed to love it, zero paying. years of side projects before that, all fun but broke. then I built something new in a week and it made money almost the same day. little under 200€ before spending anything on ads. no big exciting idea, just a concept thats already proven and trending, built my own way with taste and polish. its way simpler than I made it for years. the hard part is scaling this profitably now.

this guy is right do not build in public there's absolutely no reason to we get 5 new copy cats every week fortunately we waited 7 months to start sharing the app name and built a good moat but if you're just starting out believe me people WILL copy your app 99% of them won't matter but there might be 1 or 2 competitors you're better off without and don't even get me started on attacks hacking attempts, bad reviews, hate comments etc you can share your learnings and sauce without mentioning your app name

DO NOT BUILD IN PUBLIC… The cons outweigh the pros by a mile. Not sure who needed to hear this, but there you go.

@ChadAppDev Should we consider not "build in public"? I mean for large app studios the competence wouldn't be fair.

@alexcooldev I agree, mascots where considered old at the begining of 2025, but the slop is designing with a pattern of gluing emojis and so on. So mascots give a personal touch, I got back to them recently.

As AI makes app development easier, custom illustrations, animations, and mascots are becoming key differentiators. They make apps feel far less like they were built 100% by AI.

I didn't open Figma once. 7 App Store screenshots for my new app: → Codex planned the panel order, headlines, and what each screen had to prove → GPT generated every image → I approved and shipped Designers, tell me these look AI-made 👇

Crazy how this app has gone insanely viral on tiktok and instagram by posting the same video over and over again It's making $80K/month (in just 6 months after launch)

Meta Ads were fatigued and UGC creators haven’t been going viral so decided to take matters into my own hands 1,200+ saves and 75K views already resulting in over $1K revenue from this video alone that I made in 5 mins and posted 15 hours ago. ITS NEVER BEEN EASIER

How to find a validated $10k MRR startup idea: > setup TrustMRR MCP > ask it “give me 10 startups making $50k+ MRR that aren’t built for agents yet” > copy and build it for agents Tag me when you’re rich.
Marc Lou@marclou

I just added an MCP for @trust_mrr 🤖🔗🤖 It's a wrapper around the public API to fetch startups listed with their revenue, MRR, marketing channels, etc. The final step is to build a ChatGPT App around the MCP. I want TrustMRR to be an AI agent first marketplace, and I thought it would be pretty cool to ask "find me the best startup deal under $100K to acquire" 😎

Opus 5 Leaks - Opus 5 is targeting a launch by the end of this month. - A "Honeycomb EAP" model appeared in Cursor for some users before disappearing, and it could be an early Opus 5 preview. - Honeycomb EAP has a 1M context window, making - Opus 5 most likely (Haiku is expected to have 300K context). - Hopefully, Opus 5 reaches Fable/Mythos-level capabilities.

@kedytcom 10 apps already proven that people are buying and found useful, which means scaling is the next step. Also, in statistics 10 would be better.

@zuess05 Once i was focusing on 13 apps. Currently on one with three Claude accounts and still i need more effort on it. I mean currently everyone are using AI so the big differentiator is Quality

The ADHD urge to build new apps is an absolute curse. 🎢 I just counted and realized I'm out of my mind 🛠️ Actively building 3 different apps 💡 1 brand new idea waiting to be built 📢 Supposed to be focusing 100% on marketing Capture Part of me knows I should focus on distribution. But building new tools is just 100x more addicting than marketing 😭 Really tempted to follow the legend Marc Lou's playbook and just ship every single one of them 🚀 Wish me luck 🤞 btw how many apps and ideas are y'all sitting on right now?👀

If you’re a founder struggling to market your app, you need to read this. My app crossed $10k/mo in 90 days after launching, and here is exactly what I did to achieve this feat. it literally doesn’t get any simpler: 1. Create 3 Instagram UGC accounts 2. Copy your competitors viral UGC content 3. Post 2x everyday on each account if you can’t even do this, then you’re not built for entrepreneurship. and I’m being so fr, it doesn’t get any simpler, this is your wake up call.
