@magdaa722 @AnneTessari @IvanMoore1 @TheDuchessLife No it's not more than likely at all, in fact there's no evidence of mobile app usage. Anyone with experience with Photoshop can see the errors suggest a layered composition. Plus the meta data reports Photoshop was used.

Tried booking through send.royalmail.com too and it's saying it can't look up collection dates so I guess that's the problem. 🤷

@o2 Is it normal for a new PAYG SIM to block incoming texts prior to the first top up? I can receive texts from short codes (i.e. 2FA) but not from standard numbers.
