@TheCarolErskine @Rocket_AP So this person above thinks if a mother has HAD postpartum depression or has HAD suicidal feelings in the past that means they should loose custody of their child? If this was the case there would be a ton of children in foster care! Her CURRENT MH is what matters!!!!!

@TheCarolErskine @Rocket_AP Looking at the stats alone, one can see how discriminatory the idea is that women should have their babies removed if suffering from Post Partum depression, in fact its not only discriminatory its ludicrus to even consider this notion. It's basically an anxiety disorder.

I wonder if any "LawTubers" out there, such as @defense_diaries , @BrotherCounsel , @LawyerYouKnow , @TheEmilyDBaker , @IanRunkle et al will be covering any of this information objectively, or even acknowledging it at all? The contents have been authenticated by Kearney himself, repeatedly, as he continues to blame his ex-girlfriend for "stealing" his extraction and giving it to me (she didn't.) The judge in his restraining order hearing made it very clear that Kearney has waived privilege. All of this information has been alleged in the newly-filed defamation claim, and here it is - in black and white. Imagine if communications like this existed between the Alberts and McCabes? They don't, because the DOJ went back years in their phones and the most that was pulled out was the "asian house" and "tell them (the media) the guy never went in the house." These communications are a lot more pointed and revealing. Why the spin, why the slant, why the relative silence? Maybe people shouldn't trust these guys. jumpshare.com/share/augn068T…

This past Friday, I met with Canadian Minister of Finance and National Revenue @FP_Champagne to discuss ongoing economic cooperation between the United States and Canada. We discussed the conflict with Iran, energy markets, and ways to build on progress made on our critical minerals collaboration. I also encouraged Canada to continue to assist with the Trump administration’s efforts to tackle drug trafficking-related illicit financing.

NEW: President Trump says the McDonald’s DoorDash delivery to the White House was a “little tacky” but is necessary to win election landslides. “I mean, to be honest, it was a little tacky...” “I mean, we do these things in politics. They're a little embarrassing. They're a little tiny embarrassing, but we do 'em and you win by landslides.”

@DittiePE Trump threatened to put "very severe tariffs" on Canadian fertilizer which exacerbated the shortage the 🇺🇸 is trying to deal with. 🇨🇦 said ok buddy, and sold our inexpensive fertilizer to friendly allies instead. Farmers voted for this, glad they got what they voted for.

Diesel is forecast to peak above $5.80/gal THIS month. It’s running roughly $1.50/gal more than gasoline. That gap exists because we chronically export diesel to enrich oil companies while domestic inventories stay below average. It is a structural, self-inflicted problem. And diesel prices aren’t just a trucking issue. Diesel moves food. Diesel runs farm equipment. Diesel IS inflation — one of the most direct structural drivers of why it stays sticky even when other indicators improve. You are celebrating the thing that keeps your grocery bill high.

A Canadian man is going viral for refusing to accept Canadian healthcare’s only option for his wife’s stage four ovarian cancer, medical assisted dying, choosing instead to flee to the United States for treatment, where doctors began immediate care, leading to near total remission.

@JamesTate121 Mocking the US and laughing about this is immature and pathetic. They are our neighbours and closest historical friends. We should be helping them and showing them how it’s done. Show them how neighbours act. This is the way.

What was meant to be a show of force has spiraled into a full-blown agricultural disaster. T.r.u.m.p’s latest potash tariffs were designed to pressure Canada, but instead they detonated inside America’s own farming heartland. In an emergency meeting at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, a senior Trump adviser reportedly admitted the unthinkable: the policy had backfired so badly that American farmers may not survive the growing season. Canada wasted no time. As the world’s largest potash supplier, Ottawa redirected exports to Asia and Europe within days, locking in billion-dollar contracts and tightening its grip on the global fertilizer market. One Canadian official mocked the situation bluntly, saying that if the U.S. doesn’t want Canadian potash, the rest of the world gladly will. On the ground in Iowa, the consequences turned personal. A U.S. farmer broke down during a live interview, explaining that without Canadian potash, crops simply cannot be grown at scale. The result is stark: Canada posts record profits and cements its status as the undisputed “fertilizer king,” while the United States loses control of a critical supply chain at the worst possible moment of the planting season. Analysts are already calling this the worst trade failure of Trump’s year — a pressure tactic that ended up crushing the very people it claimed to defend.

This USO footage is a perfect example of the real Meghan Markle. Front and centre, yet talentless, insecure, and completely out of her depth. She has no trouble planting herself in the spotlight, just to be actively ignored by everybody else on this stage. They avoided her like a plague, no eye contact and even moved away when she tried to pull them in in pathetic move to make it seem as if she is part of the group. It’s not subtle. She’s there, but she’s not included. And then come the familiar tells. The fixed, rictus grin, the awkward mirroring of others in a painfully obvious attempt to blend in. She may have secured the front and centre spot, but she looks completely out of place and disconnected. It rather makes it obvious why she clings to others the way she does now, because on her own, she knows people simply don’t warm up to her.

As a parent you never imagine your child will go through something like this. What happened to Kelsey changed our lives forever but she refused to be broken by it. Instead, she found the strength to stand up to fight and to make sure it never happens to someone else. Now North Andover is moving forward with body cameras. That change didn’t come out of nowhere it came because of what she endured and the courage she’s shown every single day. I’m beyond proud of my daughter. Her pain is turning into purpose, and her voice is already making a difference. This is only the beginning.

If this judge thinks putting on a black robe is somehow permission to treat people like this, talk down to them, use inappropriate language and make disparaging, comments, he has no business being on the bench. I say that as a former judge with 20 years on the bench. This arrogant behavior is despicable and does not belong in a courtroom...ANYWHERE!

@DuBoseDefense How about having some balls and being a real man! Maybe ask him directly who his supervisor is, instead of waiting for the door to close and then demanding his supervior be found. What a pussy. Taking the Lords name in vain, in a court wearing the robe is out of line.

It gets worse. This weekend after seeing the video, a veteran criminal defense lawyer (with no cases in this guy’s civil court) wrote this judge an email telling the judge he needed to apologize. The judge responded by accusing the lawyer of making an ex parte communication and ordered him to appear next week under threat of contempt. I’m a member of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association “Strike Force,” a group of several lawyers tasked with defending lawyers against judicial overreach at a moment’s notice. We’ll be there to make sure this judge does not try to jail a veteran lawyer just for exercising his First Amendment rights in criticizing an elected judge’s behavior.

Watch this pompous, arrogant judge with his elitist attitude berate an IT worker who was trying to help him. Harris County, Texas Judge Nathan J. Million of the 215th Civil Court is facing criticism online after this video circulating on social media shows what a pr*ck he is.

I’ve had some time to process the not-guilty verdict in the #KelseyFitzsimmons case, and I’ll be honest: it doesn’t sit right with me. Judge Karp said he found both Kelsey and Officer Noonan credible and that without body-worn camera footage, we’ll never fully know what happened. To me, that feels like an easy out. Cases have been decided in courtrooms for decades without body cams. That’s not new. That’s not a barrier to justice. That’s an excuse. A cop-out. And when you look at the facts, there are real credibility issues that shouldn’t just be brushed aside. Kelsey told police the guns were locked in a safe in the basement. There was no safe in the basement. The guns were scattered around the house. That’s not a small mistake. That’s a false statement. So the obvious question is why? Was she planning something else before she was surprised with the TRO? It makes no sense to have guns scattered around the house while your baby is home with you, no? At the same time, you have Officer Noonan, a highly trained former SWAT team member who has extensive experience in high-stress, shoot/no-shoot scenarios. This is literally what he’s prepared for. The idea that he simply “panicked” in that moment doesn’t line up with his background or training. This case came down to a few seconds and whether you believe a trained officer responding to a perceived lethal threat, or an account that includes clear inconsistencies. And now, predictably, the next phase is already starting. You’ve got the Aidan Kearney / #FKR crowd going after Justin and Noonan online. Neither of them were charged with any crimes, yet they’re being dragged, smeared, and targeted. It’s the same tired playbook: * Discredit the witnesses * Attack their character * Create enough noise that the truth gets buried It’s shameful. And unfortunately, it works more often than it should. You can agree or disagree with me on the verdict. That’s fair. But going after people who were part of this incident, who testified, and who have not been charged with anything, crosses a line. Hopefully, someday, a Massachusetts judge or official will stand up and be counted or just do their job. That'd be a nice place to start. This has to end. #defendingthetruth
