@JRTDesk คิดระยะสั้นเกินไปมาก จุดนี้ senior เองจะรอดได้อีกกี่ปีและกี่เดือนก็ขึ้นอยู่กับเวลาแล้ว ในเกมส์นี้ ถ้าเราไม่ช่วยกันผลักดัน policy ใหญ่ๆแต่เอาแค่ตัวเองรอดระยะสั้น ทุกคนจะแพ้หมด

ผมไม่จ้าง junior ตั้งแต่แรกเลย (ตั้งแต่ก่อนยุค AI) เพราะ setup, structure การทำงานมันไม่มีที่ให้ junior ยืนอยู่แต่แรก... ไม่มี training program ไม่มี rotation ไม่มีใครมีเวลาสอน.. คนที่เข้ามาต้องทำงานได้เลยวันแรก.. ไม่มีการอุ่นเครื่อง... งานกว้างมากแต่คนน้อย.. คนเดียวต้อง cover ทั้ง macro, credit, equity, ops, reporting บางทีคุยกับ lawyer ด้วย... junior จบใหม่จะมานั่งตรงไหนของ setup แบบนี้... พอไม่มี junior ก็ไม่มีใครเสียเวลา review งานคนอื่น.. ทุกคนคิดเองได้ ตัดสินใจเองได้... ไม่มีการส่งต่อข้อมูลผ่านหลายชั้นจนความหมายเพี้ยนที่ insight ดีๆ ถูก dilute ผ่านหลายชั้นก่อนถึง decision maker... และที่สำคัญ conversation มันไปได้เร็ว เพราะทุกคนในห้องอยู่ระดับเดียวกัน ไม่ต้องหยุดอธิบายพื้นฐาน ไม่ต้องรอใครตาม.. ownership ก็ชัด.. ทุกคนรับผิดชอบงานตัวเองเต็มๆ ไม่มีการโยนความผิดข้ามชั้น.. แล้วยังมีอีกเรื่อง.. senior ทำผิดได้ แต่รู้ว่าผิดตรงไหน.. junior ไม่รู้ด้วยซ้ำว่าตัวเองไม่รู้อะไร ยิ่งไม่ต้องพูดถึงตอนทำผิดเลย.. ซึ่งเป็นจุดบอดที่อันตรายในงานสายนี้.. พอ AI เข้ามายิ่งไม่ต้องพูดถึงเลย... งานพื้นฐานที่ junior เคยทำมาตลอด AI ทำได้เช่นกัน.. data pulling, screening, summarizing, drafting, modeling.. เร็วกว่า ถูกกว่า ไม่มาสายด้วย.. ตำแหน่ง junior จะหายไปไม่ใช่เพราะ firm ใจร้าย.. แต่เพราะ output ที่ junior ทำได้ ไม่มีคนต้องการแล้ว... และถ้าไม่มี junior years แล้วใครจะได้เป็น senior? senior ไม่ได้เกิดมาเป็น senior... ต้องเคยทำผิดใน context จริงๆ ต้องเคยผิดพลาดสั่งสมประสบการณ์มาก่อน.. เส้นทางเดิมที่.. เรียนจบ.. junior.. senior.. มันกำลังหายไปแล้ว คนที่จะรอดคือคนที่ไม่รอไต่เต้าด้วยระบบเดิม.. แต่ build track record ด้วยตัวเอง ผ่าน independent research, personal fund, หรือ content ที่แสดงให้เห็น thinking จริงๆ... ใช้ AI compress สิ่งที่ปกติต้องใช้ 5 ปีให้เหลือ 2 ปี... entry point ไม่ได้หายไปไหน... แค่ย้ายออกนอก traditional system แล้ว... คนที่ยังนั่งรอ offer letter จาก firm ใหญ่ๆ อยู่.. ถึงเวลาคิดใหม่แล้ว..
