Thank you @Nigel_Farage and Reform UK for giving me the opportunity to stand I am immensely proud of our campaign and all those who contributed to it And thank you to the people of Gorton & Denton who supported it They are decent, passionate, hardworking people who told me their deepest concerns and were willing to support an alternative Reform will not abandon them We will soon be fighting local elections in Tameside and beyond Reform is now firmly entrenched in northern England We are the only serious, credible and competent alternative to the broken establishment We finished ahead of the Labour Party in their own backyard We finished second in Labour’s sixth safest seat, in an area Labour has controlled for a century As Labour Minister Lucy Powell herself said, Reform beating the Labour Party in Manchester would be “existential” for Labour Well, it’s happened And now we will go on to defeat the Labour Party across the country, from Manchester to the Red Wall, from Wales to southern England Every Labour MP is on notice And while the Greens mobilised, they can only run this kind of dangerous, sectarian campaign in a few dozen seats (for now) Reform can campaign like this everywhere - we have far more breadth and depth Britain is now clearly heading into a new political battle Between those who want to destroy our country through extreme policies like open borders while mainstreaming Islamic sectarianism and antisemitism And those who want to save our country and bring it back Only Reform is up to the task The Tories are dead; the Online Right just polled fewer votes than the Monster Raving Looney Party So I say this Come and make history with us - we will win the next general election, we will dismantle the Uniparty Lastly, to the many Reform activists who campaigned by my side As I said a while ago, Reform is not a political party It is a movement - it is a family We stand by one another and help one another until the very end We campaign hard and we never quit - that’s the Reform Way To those who came from across the country to help our campaign, to the Reformers who canvassed with us daily, to the entire team, I salute you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart Thank you for sharing it with me - it was special for all of us This is not the end - this is just the beginning Off for a break now 👍

The Necessity of the Islamic Nikah During a recent group mulaqat of Lajna Imaillah Ireland, with Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aa), a member enquired if a court marriage is sufficient for an Ahmadi couple to live together, or if the Islamic nikah ceremony is mandatory. Huzoor (aa) explained that while a court marriage makes a couple legally husband and wife in the eyes of the state and society, the Islamic nikah ceremony is absolutely essential for an Ahmadi Muslim. He stated that the Jamaat will not register a marriage until the nikah has been formally performed. The nikah ceremony establishes crucial Islamic rights and protections for both the man and the woman, including the mahr, which helps prevent future disputes. Huzoor (aa) guided that a person who willingly forgoes the nikah cannot truly call themselves an Ahmadi. I doubt the so-called “pro-Palestine” protests will stop now that a genuine peace deal appears to have been reached — because they were never really about peace. They’ve always been a public display of the alliance between Jew-hating Islamists and Jew-hating leftists, with a sprinkle of people desperate to feel important and virtuous. In the end, the protests have achieved nothing except to push the average voter further toward any right-leaning party that seems sufficiently distant from the 'pro-Palestine' mobs. You know who won't be protesting this peace deal? The scores of people that have been constantly smeared as 'pro-genocide' over the last two years. Funny that.
