Very disappointed picking up a cake from @OccasionCakesUK . The top was rough and writing spidery and wobbly .The excuse - ‘we are not competition standard ‘ ?? They redid it fortunately but very poor it wasn’t checked and excuses rather than accountability. Never go back!!

@SilverSeasShips lots of very unhappy passengers on the Silver Moon cruise now departing 14th Feb . Hotel Package and tour options are totally unacceptable and certainly not “equivalent “ to 3 days on the ship 😡This needs to be sorted urgently

@JohnLewisRetail absolutely shocking customer service . Ordered shoes to be dyed from your Trafford store 2 weeks ago . Heard absolutely nothing since I paid at the checkout . Spoke to 3 different agents in customer service none of whom called back as promised - no interest 😡😡

Shame on you @CostaCoffee in Manchester Airport Terminal 2 today - refused to give a cup of hot water to warm up a bottle for a hungry baby because we hadn’t bought anything ( just because there was a big queue )

@PrincessCruises disappointing experience trying to book restaurants . We have dining packages for 8 people and no availability near the times we want to eat ! On my husbands 70th birthday ( whole point of this cruise ) all could get was 5.40pm against a request got 8pm ! 😡
