After waiting on hold 20 mins to talk to a supervisor with @VZWSupport about an account credit for all the hassle, got bumped to a new csr with no clue. Decided hanging up was a better course of action than venting frustration on them. Guess we're not getting a credit now??

. @VerizonSupport tried to call this morning to get the canceled order reinstated - the call drops in the middle of talking.

Dealing with @Verizon this week has been the most painful experience of 2020. Finally upgraded a phone after hours on chat and technical problems, and the order got canceled this morning as fraudulent.
