Welp. My numbers are rising so that means my stage IV cancer is growing/active. I am somewhat at peace (some days) with what life has dealt me and focused on living vs bemoaning what has happened. I'm rich in life measured by the loved ones around me. Will focus on podcast launch

The rate of people experiencing #LongCovid has jumped to 6.8% of all US adults, up from 5.3% just four months ago.
That's 1 in 15 adults, and is the highest it's been since 2022.
We can reasonably expect a future increase from January's wave.

When many people state that lockdowns caused the deepest depression they’ve ever experienced, just a reminder that many disabled people are still in lockdown, four years later. Isolation is a form of torture. I want to live in a world where disabled people are wanted in society.

Doctors say that to understand the fatigue of a person with a chronic illness, a "normal person" would have to stay awake for three days straight and then try to function.
