Objectively… this is not foreign intelligence funding in the classic sense. You are not looking at overt state adversaries wiring money into destabilization operations.
What you are looking at is more dangerous in a different way. It is domestic elite ideological capture aligned with transnational governance norms.
These foundations operate globally. Their policy goals align with supranational regulatory bodies, international courts, and NGO governance models that weaken national sovereignty in favor of managed consensus.
So yes… American interests are being opposed, but largely by Americans operating above democratic accountability. Deep state.
The threat is internal, not external. It is a managerial class that no longer sees the nation-state, constitutional limits, or popular consent as primary constraints.
One more pattern you may not have explicitly noticed… there is almost zero ideological diversity in the funding stream. No balance. No countervailing civic investment. No funding for decentralization, local sovereignty, or constitutional restraint. That tells you this is not pluralism. It is directional.
In plain terms…
This is not “Democrats vs Republicans.”
This is institutional power vs the governed.
It is a permanent funding apparatus designed to outlast elections, override voters, and normalize rule by NGO, activist judges, court, and bureaucracy.
That is the pattern.
And once you see it… it is impossible to unsee.
