@SouthernRailUK is there something wrong with the key smart card? Today and yesterday I’m unable to purchase a ticket via the app telling me it is not an option. It normally is.

They have 400 plus MPs but no actual leaders amongst them. That’s been the problem- they are happy saying what’s wrong and campaigning for change. Then nothing. We unlike all the others have an experienced team, THE leader everyone likes with a real backbone and prepared to confront the truth in @KemiBadenoch and the Country in our hearts to work together for better, happier days and to protect our Union. #renewal

@KemiBadenoch @mimsdavies The same plan as was applied in 2010 to 2024? Austerity for the ordinary, wealth increases for the rich? Crumbling schools, pot holes, a broken NHS for the ordinary and tax cuts for the banks?FAB.

Today I have been from Wandsworth to Croydon, Bromley to Enfield, and Barnet to Harrow and Hillingdon, and one thing is clear: only the Conservatives have a serious plan to get Britain working again. Tomorrow, vote Conservative for a stronger economy and a stronger country.

@mimsdavies @TLRailUK yet again the trains on the East Grinstead line are cancelled at the slightest hint of trouble. This has been the case for years, and nothing ever changes. Absolutely ridiculous.

@TLRailUK @TLRailUK the driver of our train says no one from Thameslink is answering the phone so he has no clue what’s going on. What a way to treat your own drivers!!

@TLRailUK We are stuck on a Thameslink train and I know how to get to where I need to. What I don’t like is having to download this app to read what’s going on as the driver thinks it’s “just congestion”.

@TLRailUK Please open a WhatsApp channel so I don’t have to come on this app, risk seeing dodgy material, just so I can get information on what is going on. Outrageous. The driver has no clue.

⚠️An update on Thameslink disruption⚠️ We’re really sorry for the disruption @TLRailUK passengers have experienced due to a repeated fault in the #Blackfriars area. We know people depend on these trains to get to work, appointments and family, and understand how frustrating it is when services are delayed or cancelled at the last minute. The issue is linked to the point where trains switch from electric rail power to overhead lines – a complex part of the network where electrical surges can affect signalling equipment. Our engineers are working hard to find the root cause and put in place a permanent fix as quickly and safely as possible. Unfortunately, disruption has been made worse today by a trespass at Three Bridges, which meant we had to temporarily close the Brighton Main Line for safety. We’d like to thank everyone for their patience. Restoring a reliable service for everyone who uses this route is our absolute priority, and we’ll keep customers updated as soon as we can. Please follow @TLRailUK for the latest travel advice. 🙏

@SouthernRailUK why is the East Grinstead line facing daily cancellations? Everyday there is a staff shortage or signal failure, when will you finally over the service we are paying you for?

I dream of a day when trains run on time, they’re clean, reliable and comfortable. I dream of a day when we get frequent buses, making the commute that bit easier. Instead we are stuck with expensive infrequent services, funded by us both as a commuter and taxpayer.

@TLRailUK Perhaps @networkrail would care to explain why our infrastructure is so lame. That combined with @TLRailUK piles of “shortage of train crew” excuses, trains with uncomfortable chairs, no wifi half the time or tables, you can see why commuters are not impressed.

Yet again @TLRailUK seems incapable of running trains between St Pancras and the south and yet again trains are just “disappeared” from the timetable. Absolutely joke.

⚠️Thameslink services may be delayed by around 10 minutes when travelling southbound from City Thameslink towards London Blackfriars. This is due to a signalling fault 📢At present, you can still use your normal route, but please leave extra time and check our journey planning tools for more details about your train

@KemiBadenoch How do you work that out? Unless there’s a disability, then there’s a cap on how much someone can receive in benefit payments. You know this, but it doesn’t fit your agenda. As leader of the opposition, should you really be spreading lies and misinformation?

Working families will now be £18,000 worse off than those on benefits. This is a moral, economic and political failure. Reeves said her budget for benefits was about fairness. It wasn’t, it was about her and the PM’s survival. We need to get people into work; not incentivise them out of it. Only the @Conservatives will get Britain working again.
