Hey y’all, my name is Eric! I’m 47 y/o, 370lbs. I’ve been lifting for 40 days now. Currently running the Starting Strength NLP. Today I deadlifted 245lbs. I’ve been working hard on my form. Making sure to “catch water” with my back instead of rounding. My grip is getting better each workout. Being severely obese has its limitations but I’m not using that as an excuse, gotta get better! 😤💪🏻🔥

@BamaBass Absolutely bud. I totally believe weight training is the best way. It’s slower, I had dieting, I hate cardio, but I love lifting.

@ITVXhelp @ITVX No. It’s your app. It says returning to live tv and there’s no option to stop it. You just get a countdown midway through the programme and then it ends

@Lletnek @ITVX There are a few things you can try to resolve the issue: Restart your router (unplug it/power it off for 30 seconds and then turn it back on). Clear app data/restart your device. Clear your cache and cookies. Uninstall and reinstall the ITVX app. The check 'Continue Watching'.
