@CosmonautMarcus With the exception of REmake1 and maybe arguably REmake4. The rest are in fact not "well made, faithful remakes". Old RE fans just dont want their story and characters to be destroyed/tarnished with horrible modern characterization writing. Theres a reason modern fans hate Ada.

The only reason resident evil is popular enough to get new games every year or two is because not every modern gamer wants to play a ps1 game to get into a series. Getting mad at that fact is a waste of time. You either get well made, faithful remakes or you get no Resident Evil.
