@pizzahmwitu I am not against women empowerment but I'm thinking it caused a kinda gap in the society in that, the boychild wasn't taught how to deal with this empowered woman. So whenever she makes a move towards achieving her goals, the man sees this as a threat or a want to control....

I don't have a huge amount of followers and I don't think my posts are seen much. I ask for prayers. I had breast cancer 3 years ago and went through treatment. I have now found another lump. I go in for tests Wednesday. Please pray God removes the cancer from me. Thank you.

I lost my mom 24 hours ago and for the past day, I’ve heard and said “God knows best” more times than I can count. And yes, I believe that. I truly do. But honestly, my heart is heavy. Because I wish she stayed longer. I wish I had more time, more conversations, more moments I didn’t even know would one day mean everything. Like, those stories she use to repeat every time, like she’s never said them. They reminders to not rush to be rich. Choice of friends and type of woman. Grief is a strange place to be, holding on to faith, yet feeling the deep ache of loss at the same time. But Hallelujah.

"Ukifika hapo kwa Mbae..." I'm completely moved by this kid's determination to help a stranger find their way 🥲. This boy will probably become a teacher when he grows up. He mentioned the following places that he believed were landmarks: 1. Kwa Mbae 2. Kwa kina Mwenda 3. Kwa Uncle Murithi 4. "Kwetu, hapo katikati" With four landmarks, which should have been more than enough to give clear directions, the person still didn’t understand. Yet the boy was willing to personally go and show him the exact place. I pray that good fortune will befall the said humble family, courtesy of this wonderful kid.

Patient: Doctor, my feet are swollen and I am feeling breathless. Me: Any BP or Sugar issues? Patient: No, nothing. I’ve always been healthy. Me: (Looking at the labs: Creatinine 8.4, HbA1c 12.1%) Your sugar is very high and your kidneys are failing. Are you sure you’ve never been diagnosed? Patient: Oh, that. 20 years ago a doctor said I had "sugar." He gave me some tablets. Me: Did you take them? Patient: I took them for a month. My sugar went down, so I was cured. Why take medicine if I don't feel sick? Me: You haven't checked it in 20 years? Patient: No need, doctor. I stopped eating sweets and started walking. I thought the sugar was gone. Me: And the swelling? Patient: I thought the "urine was getting stuck". Can you just give me one tablet to fix the kidneys today? I have a wedding to attend. Me: 👇

Some men still live in rental houses because everyone depends on them back at home. Most of them cannot afford even to buy a car because their salaries feed and educate their siblings. Some are still single because they can’t afford to feed another mouth leave alone buying her a latest trends. So today is dedicated to men who wake up daily so that their parents, siblings ,and children are taken care of . God bless you gents , you might be a failure to some with high expectations on the streets but a hero to your families and that’s what matters the most. May you never lack even in this trying moments. To the responsible men we know, here’s to you. We appreciate you even if we don’t say it often. 🥂❤️

Kenyans are a Special Breed! Kenyan men risking their lives to save a Daughter of Eve whose life is hanging on a tree after she was swept with floods from unknown location and luckily got a tree on the way akakwamilia. Mathe was seeing the gates of Sayuni opening for her live live, even when Good Samaritans arrived to save her lakini amekata kuachilia mti ashikilie the ndume that is coming to her rescue, her trust on the sons of Adam labda ianze tu leo yeye anaamini tu miti. Alafu utaskia Jezebel mwingine hapa akisema that Men are Saddam and Bosco. Awuoro!

I'm buying a church. I’ve made a cash offer of £225,000 to purchase this church, which was about to close and be sold off to developers. I'm fed up with driving past all these churches in the UK that used to thrive, support the community, and feed the homeless. Now, just look at these beautiful church buildings. So many are boarded up, closed down, with developers queueing up to profit from converting them into flats. I simply can't accept that a building built to glorify Jesus for generations can be turned into something solely for profit. So I've placed an offer on a church in my hometown. My plan is to buy it and offer it completely free of charge, with zero rent, to a church willing to worship Jesus here and serve others. What do you think of this idea?

You cannot "fix" a lifetime of habits in 24 hours, but you can execute a Hard Reset. Most people feel broken because they are running too many background processes—unresolved tasks, cheap dopamine, and decision fatigue. You don't need a self-help book; you need to open your mental Task Manager and hit "End Task" on everything.
