To be good at melee, it is not enough to be good - you must also play well. I have NEVER seen anyone play 11/10, set after set, the way the Schwab-God does. People will tell you, 5 years after Cody's retirement, that he wouldn't keep up in the 2031 meta. Do not listen to them.

@KOLSANART mario takes fall damage and moves in a much more weighty, "realistic," way. sonic can move as fast as the plot requires and is literally invincible 99% of the time

Honestly the most annoying thing about Mario vs Sonic discussions is that Mario fans act like Sonic doesn't also have an insane amount of toon force (probably because they don't play Sonic games)

i love competing! but easiest way to put it, i just don’t got THAT DOG in me anymore LOL. i start hating games when i grind them competitively so i just won’t grind. evo was fun anyway, vegas was too hot, see my stardew valley farm in 6 months lol
