ICE agents can't just barge into a hospital to arrest someone unless they have a valid warrant or the person is flagged for deportation. Hospitals are considered sensitive locations under ICE policy, so they need special approval to act there, usually for urgent cases like national security threats. They can interview patients but can't detain them without cause. It’s just facts. But headline don’t show why they where in the hospitals so yea
