Some people reached to me to explain their points on Discord. I must address few things that might be misunderstood. I am not against Tipping, I am against mandatory Tipping. I believe every worker, and that include servers and bartenders, should be paid an appropriate wage, appropriate is anything from Minimal Wage (Not sure if you guys have this in US, in UK Minimal Wage for Adult is around $17 per hour) to higher pays for experience and work associated. On top of that, servers and bartenders should get 100% of Tip from Customer they server, so there is no % for restaurant. Because Tip is appreciation of Customer for way server treated them. Has everything been served fast, was the place clean, have they been respectful, have customer was treated gently etc. All that experience is "extra" for customer to be happy, then Happy Customer leave Tip for Server. Server wage: Appropriate Wage That don't require Tips to live decently + Optional Tips. There is one more thing I wish to touch, I done some math, and to pay UK minimal wage of $17, restaurant would need increase their prices by 10% to accommodate for that. so $50 meal would cost $55 (with assumptions of 100 customers per day and 4 servers in restaurant) The cost were still moved to customer like in current US model, but its done without blame throwing and servers still can be tipped if they will do their jobs right.

I play a heavily home brewed AD&D with Arduin as a heavy input. There is a a mana based second magic system only usable by humans of any class, though not being a mage makes the system very hazardous to use. Don't meta argue with me because my world is different so folks can't meta. Put your pants on and adventure like it's 1979.

Some people are just making every attempt to suck the life out of RPGs. But look right here on page 71 of the DMG it says....But the DM shouldn't have that restriction. So, why oh why must we. Yeah, there is also a paragraph that says these are guidelines feel free to adjust. Get over it. The whole point is to HAVE FUN! Remember fun! Just enjoy it!
