You’re just replying to people. VPN’s are vital to a lot people and most people don’t think to check a social network replies

@toobbroadband Now I’ve received a message that they’ve closed the ticket because it’s working. Of course it’s working it’s 23°c outside. It goes down when it exceeds 30°c. Your support is an absolute joke. Shared this update on our neighbourhood group and they’re all outraged. Cancel time.

I really enjoy @toobbroadband but their communication and support is awful. Issues in Aldershot, internet up and down and now uploads speeds for 0.14Mbps. Can you get hold of Toob? Nope. Out of contract now and I’m close to done with them.

@toobbroadband Your sales team just told me everything I need to know about your customer priorities. Call support either get sent to voicemail or told I’m number 25 in the queue. Call sales and get through instantly. Putting sales over support that heavily is dumb.

@toobbroadband Additionally all your calls just go to a voicemail. Really? A comms company that uses a voicemail for support calls. Guess this is the price to pay when you give a smaller company a chance. Great connection when it works, awful support when it fails.

@toobbroadband Raised a ticket yesterday and got a response the next day saying they’ll look into it. It’s gone down again for our neighbourhood because the outside temp is exceeding 30°c. We had this issue last summer and it didn’t get fixed then.

@currys You need to reconsider #DPD. Two days in row they’ve set me as not at home during a collection. Well today I watched for them and they did it again. This time I chased the driving down with my car. He then had to call his boss to be able to collect. Bad experience

@mrowenthornton @EE EE website is awful. They need to completely overhaul it. They’ll claim each time it’s a temp issue, but the constant refreshing, stalled pages and logouts have been happening for years. Spent the last 30 mins trying to activate an add on.

Why is the @EE website so stunningly bad? I logged into my account. And it took about 30 refreshes to get the website to acknowledge that, and give me access to my profile instead of trying to make me log in again.

@coachteddy @enlistedmango @EE EE account system is unbelievably unreliable. I worked for EE years ago and the in store and call center systems connect to the same backend as the website. We spent too much time waiting for the systems to actually work. So many lost sales.

@ABabySeagull @toobbroadband I disconnected the Toob one with the engineer still in my home, the look on his face 🤣 Couldn’t get much WiFi outside of the room the router was in. Using my ASUS I can get full WiFi sat in my car which is parked on the road. Toob one is cheap rubbish.

@toobbroadband This is my work set up today in my hallway. Printer sat next to modem, laptop hardwired in to printer. Only way to get enough WiFi. This cannot be normal.

@PixelCatD @toobbroadband Oh man, Virgin Media is trash compared to Toob. Most frustrating bit about this outage, it started just as I was setting up my son’s iPad time, he was excited to watch some dinosaur videos. He being patient though and playing a game instead.
