I cannot do surface level conversations. I don’t know how to relate to people who don’t see what’s going on. Who still think life is “normal”.

I don't want to be rich. I want to take my kids to the dentist without checking my account first. I want to say yes when my friend asks if I want to grab dinner. I want to replace my car's brakes before they become a prayer. Somewhere between "rich" and "broke" there used to be a place called "fine" It's gone now.

I just spent 2 incredible weeks in Italy and it is so frustrating to come back to the U.S… How is it possible @RobertKennedyJr that the Italian food supply is so vastly superior. I literally ate bread at every meal, dessert multiple times per day, and generally ate way more than I do in the U.S. Not once did I have acid reflux. Not one headache, no digestive problems, and I didn’t gain any weight. If I ate the same way in the U.S. (I used to at times) I would have gone through a full bottle of Tums and Advil just to get through the day… WHY does the U.S. allow glyphosate in wheat, high fructose corn syrup in food and who knows what in our milk products? The difference in quality of life in Italy vs the U.S. is staggering from their common sense (anti corporate) food regulation. WHY aren’t more people upset about this? The U.S. is the richest country in the world and we eat like one of the poorest.

There are dark & sad things in this world Just know that you do NOT have to go down every rabbit hole Consuming the darkness doesn't make you more able to fight it better but it could make you unwell and the most important thing you can do is remain WELL The world needs well, stable balanced people to carry it thru this period You do NOT have to peek behind every dark corner You do NOT need to know all of the darkness & sadness in order to be a Warrior for God You just need to: Be aware that evil exists Pray against it Speak against it Live your life with appreciation Be good and do good Recharge your battery so that you can shine your LIGHT The more light fills the world, the less darkness can occupy it
