I’ve been asked to try and help a Ukrainian foundation initiative that supports the children of Ukraine’s heroic fallen defenders - a cause which obviously needs no explanation of its vital importance. Called I.C.F ( international charity foundation) “ Friends of Ukraine Foundation” and their specific project - Choven Kids / Children. Just Imagine after a family loses the husband / father, or Mother, not only the terrible loss initially, but how the children and family cope and try to live, day to day, as UA Government help after a loss takes time. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of life for children who have experienced the impact of war, either through loss of serving parents or loss of their homes due to attacks on civilian infrastructure by Russia. Along with supporting the AFU with your fantastic ongoing support as I’ve always done, I have been asked to help fundraise / push visibility and reach if possible, by a contact in the UA Gov who supports this initiative. So in time, I’ve decided I’m going to try to do my bit to help support them and this worthy cause going forward. We have already helped them in a small way already - a few of the concentrators were given to the charity who also support the AFU. 👊 Friends of Ukraine Foundation are not on X presently, but I’ve indicated they need to be, as it’s where the kind hearted souls of the world make the magic happen, so I’ve been told that they are going to set up an account here shortly. Good Lord, in two days the Russians have lost almost 1000 trucks and close to 3000 soldiers.

We are Rubizh - the 4th Operational Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. Founded in 2015 under an experimental program based on NATO standards, the brigade has since tested those standards in combat against a peer adversary - including at the Svitlodarsk Bulge and in the Mariupol sector. Through years of war, Rubizh has developed far beyond the original framework it was built on. In 2022, Rubizh units were among the forces that stopped Russia’s advance on Kyiv from the north. At Hostomel, we faced and defeated the cream of the crop of Russia's elite assault forces. Since 2022, the brigade has fought in Hostomel, Rubizhne, Sievierodonetsk and Bakhmut, and continued operations on the Lyman-Kupiansk, Siversk, Kharkiv and currently operate on Pokrovsk direction. What are we? We are infantry, reconnaissance, UAV units, artillery, armor, medics, engineers, logistics, communications and support personnel - an all-in-one operational package that adapts to a battlefield that changes every day. Every day, ships leave this russian owned factory in Ireland straight for St Petersburg carrying thousands of tonnes of raw alumina for the war machine. There’s corruption everywhere. Locals tell me politicians are bought by oligarchs. Ireland is no longer militarily neutral.
