@ZARA_Care poor customer service in Zara High Street Ken. I tried to return 2 items & they refused as I was 3 days past returns period. Explained I had covid & couldn’t come into store but they only refunded me sale prices. Now you are going to sell them again & make more money!

@waitrose I don’t mean these ones, I mean the individual ones which are from the in store bakery? I’ve checked at least a dozen Waitrose in London!

@waitrose why don’t you do fresh iced buns anymore? Ever since Covid happened they have disappeared and I miss them so much! Please bring them back!

@sainsburys I’ve tried calling but you aren’t taking calls. I ordered 2 bottles of wine as part of my delivery and instead I received two miniatures which are more expensive! So now I have less wine and it costed more. Please can you get in touch about this. Thank you

@waitrose sadly I brought some peonies 10 days ago and 4 of them never opened and one half opened and then the petals fell over night. So disappointed as my last bunch were lovely.
