@affinitybyserif got the email today about v2.6. Haven’t used Affinity Photo for a while, have you added a feature to rotate the canvas with a shortcut key and a left/right movement of a tablet pen when using something like a Wacom Intuos yet?

@oddbaIIswitch @troyosh Trim sheets are basically just a combination of different textures that you can place UV unwraps on … Google search unwrapping models/meshes and using trim sheets. Understanding UV unwrapping is pretty much essential for using trim sheets … good luck 🤞

@Xizario @PiecesWar @VisionaryVoid @historyinmemes Ok so that then throws the whole experiment out. The ONLY way it is valid. Is if BOTH shadows were measured at the SAME time. Else, how can you make any assumptions on the length of a shadow at any given time? All you prove measuring at different times is that the sun moves.

Here are some tips to help you handle this car better! - Increase front and rear tire pressures to 28.5 and 27.5 psi, respectively. - For better traction when accelerating out of turns, move the final drive ratio toward the speed. - To increase front grip, set the camber to the negative side and increase the front caster. - The springs should be set to 430.7 LB/IN front and 324.4 LB/IN rear to improve oversteer. - For better cornering control and responsiveness, set the compression rate on the softer side and the rebound rate on the stiffer side. - Adjust the aero to have front downforce for cornering and rear downforce for speed. Keep at least 738 LB in the rear to have it under control on most tracks. If you need more top speed, reduce it. - Adjust the brakes to your liking and set the differential to low deceleration.

@MrPodunkian maybe something like the basket could have say 4 slots … putting a pet in it takes up 4 slots so no room for anything else and likewise with saddlebags … say a bell on the bike would take one slot etc etc 👍

@LowPolyAndy The thing I was unsure about was whether having multiple storage options should increase storage size, or if it would be more fun to allow players to put other, maybe less "useful" accessories on parts of their bike as long as one "slot" was used for storage upgrade

I teased bike accessories, so here's the attachable Bike Basket. It gives you a little bit of storage to lug things around. If you collect an item you don't have inventory space for near your bike, it'll automatically be placed in it !! (Still coming up with a game title, sorry!)

@MrPodunkian Storage upgrade would be good … especially if you can keep items in the basket/bags when saving the game… also, how about different coloured lights that spin with the wheels as a cosmetic upgrade 🙂

@LowPolyAndy Already planning on a handlebar basket and saddle bags. I'm on the fence whether it'll just be cosmetic variants or actual storage space upgrades, though...

(FYI) Microsoft may be working on its own version of detachable gaming controllers similar to Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons, according to newly surfaced patent documentation. @affinitybyserif Happy New Year! Hopefully one of those exciting things from my perspective is the ability to rotate the canvas in photo with a shortcut key on the keyboard and a swipe of a pen on a tablet like Krita 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️🙏 other than that I’m loving v2 of photo & learning to use designer 👌👍
