I filed a formal DSA complaint against YouTube. I requested a detailed explanation for my channel's demonetization, as required by Article 17 of the Digital Services Act. No one responded. Not @TeamYouTube. Nobody. And it gets worse. YouTube submitted an appeal on my behalf without my knowledge or consent. I never asked for that. That is not how creator rights work. So I did exactly what I said I would do. I submitted a formal complaint under DSA procedures. @TeamYouTube YouTube just demonetized my animation channel for “inauthentic content” and I don’t understand why. All my videos are manually created in Blender with original ideas and hours of work (60+ animations). I even submitted a detailed appeal showing my process, but it was rejected. I believe this is a misunderstanding. Please review my channel again 🙏

Hello, @TeamYouTube. My channel was removed again after being restored. It only stayed up for 5 days after restoration. The reason given was “spam, fraud, and deception policies.” I want to make it clear that I did not engage in spam, fraud, or any deceptive practices. All of my content consists of original animations and gameplay of mods from a popular game, created by me from scratch with significant time and effort. It only stayed up for 19 days after restoration. I filed an appeal but it was rejected. PLEASE, can a real human watch my appeal ? Thanks!

This is ridiculous. I'm going to move heaven and earth to fix this. @TeamYouTube wrongly demonetized my channel Jortx on April 17 for "Inauthentic Content." This is CLEARLY AN ERROR and it puts my entire business at risk. - The channel has 5 VIDEOS in 4 months. - Each takes 3+ weeks to produce. - 10-20 day gaps between uploads. This is literally the OPPOSITE of mass-produced. Clearly collateral damage from an automated AI ban wave. Please, just LOOK at my history: • 3+ years on YouTube • Multiple channels, 500K+ subscribers combined • Millions of views, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars generated for YouTube • NOT A SINGLE STRIKE. Ever. • 10+ people depending on this work full-time A single qualified human looking at this account for 30 seconds would immediately see this is a mistake. Instead, all my channels are now at risk because of one false accusation from an algorithm. What I've done: • Public tweet to @TeamYouTube yesterday → replied with a generic automated message that doesn't even address my case • DMs on X → no reply • Formal legal appeal to yt-partner-support@google.com today citing EU Digital Services Act (Articles 14, 15, 17, 20) The response? An automated email sent back 1 SECOND later. Screenshot below ⬇️ AI banning. AI responding. Zero humans. This is exactly what Article 20 DSA exists to prevent. As a European creator, if my case is not properly reviewed by a qualified human, I will escalate under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 17 & 20) to the Spanish Digital Services Coordinator and the European Commission. @YouTube , this is not optional. It's binding EU law. This goes against common sense AND the law. We need to cut this out at the root, before no one is safe. Please RT and tag @TeamYouTube to the death. Please. got falsely suspend from monetization for inauthentic content. told that my content "seems like [its] mass produced". @YouTube asked me to make a bts video to prove my stuff isnt ai. they promised a human review, denied my appeal, then admitted that no human reviewed it. AWESOME!

People ask me why I still create content despite being demonetized and losing my income. The answer is my community. Every day, thousands of viewers wait for my videos. For them, my animations are an anxiety healer and a source of comfort. While I need monetization to sustain myself and continue feeding the stray animals I care for, my commitment to my audience is my priority. @TeamYouTube Your system flags my work as "Repetitive" or "Mass-produced," but I urge you to look at my community's feedback. If my content were repetitive, my users would be the first to complain. You can review the comments on my last 50 videos—you won’t find a single complaint about repetition. You will only find thousands of supporters who value my original storytelling. I am a dedicated artist, not a bot. I request a manual human specialist to review my channel and restore the monetization I have earned through years of clean, hard work.
