Often the recruiter won’t even know they’re in on it. The recruiter will themselves have been recruited via a propaganda trip to Israel and will probably be an attractive Christian Zionist. They’re the ones who make the pitch and then report back to what effectively amounts to a handler in this case Ben Shapiro. When Fuentes rejected Shapiro’s advances he tried to destroy him. What Shapiro didn’t bank on was after Trump 2016 a new set of rules has been written and Fuentes’ cancellation made him a star.
