Ever since I've started working at #Tiktok 1 year ago many friends r curious about what it's like at a Chinese company and the differences vs American tech This question is more important as Chinese tech companies have become increasingly competitive and relevant globally

Anthropic has every right to fingerprint Claude Code and ban the resellers and distillers. If you think that's "spyware," you're naive. Bill Gates/Microsoft fingerprinted Windows in 2001 and black-screened pirated Chinese PCs in 2008 because users in China refused to pay. For that , Microsoft got sued for spyware!! and still took 97% of the Chinese market. Claude can't run the same "let them pirate" playbook because reselling/distilling have much bigger costs than unlicensed copies of windows.

fact check: true btw another reason not to trust anthropic.

Behold, a behind the scenes look at one of China's premier robotics companies UBTech 优必选's recent convention in Shenzhen 🎉🤖 优必选 UWORLD「优世界」全球发布会 发布全尺寸超仿生具身人形机器人。 These robots are significant because of their high EQs and utility, these are the world's first emotional AI robots built for long-term companionship. You can see from the videos that it reads 20+ emotions at 90%+ accuracy, replies in 500ms, and keeps lip-sync under 20ms so the "uncanny valley" disappears

China doesn't have a shang-shi system but a direct caste system based on phenotype. The northern Han don't mix with shitskin south chinese. They maintain strict endogamy. It's also the reason women with plastic surgeries are banished from the chinese society.

Testing the new native Gaussian Splat support from WWDC26. These are from a recent restaurant visit in Dali. Even simple scenes feel surprisingly tangible when you can move around them naturally. What if you could restaurant menus like this?

NEW: the most comprehensive report of TokenMaxxing and what the 50+ most relevant CEOs think about "The Token Wars" in early 2026 Camp 1 "Tokens = revenue. Spend goes vertical" 📈 These are the token sellers. Jensen Huang, Cristiano Amon, Hock Tan, Lisa Su, Micron, Marvell, Arm, Alibaba, plus Brad Gerstner and Cathie Wood on the money side. Jensen Huang: "In this era, compute equals revenues. The computer generates the tokens, and the tokens generate revenues." youtube.com/watch?v=2vu0Bs… He has said a version of that sentence 10+ times in the last 3 weeks. Camp 2 "The cost is collapsing" 📉💸 Sundar Pichai, Emad Mostaque, Dwarkesh, Aravind Srinivas, Karpathy, Bill Gurley. Everyone in this camp frames tokens the same way, cheaper per unit, more usage, more total spend. Emad Mostaque: "Next year the price of tokens for the same level of intelligence will drop by 100 times, and the demand will probably increase a thousand times." youtube.com/watch?v=-uFx9F… Sundar Pichai: "Top companies on Google Cloud process about 1 trillion tokens a day. Shift 80% of that to 3.5 Flash and they'd save over $1 billion a year." youtube.com/watch?v=duHhIm… Camp 3 "The bill is already breaking us" 💸💥 The token buyers are saying this. Aaron Levie, Tobi Lütke, MongoDB, Pegasystems, Accenture, ... Tobi Lütke: "We can't spend 70% of revenue on AI tokens forever and have valuable companies. But right now we really, really like the tokens we're buying." youtube.com/watch?v=tH95ZC… MongoDB COO Chirantan Desai: "Last week 70% of the code we checked in was written by a coding assistant. It scares me, because then I think: what is the token bill? And it's pretty high." youtube.com/watch?v=k4l-rt… Notice Lütke goes from 70% of revenue to "we really, really like the tokens". The cohort here complains but still acknowledge the importance of token purchases. Camp 4 "It all reduces to tokens per dollar per watt" 🔋⚡ Satya Nadella, Michael Dell, Mustafa Suleyman, Intel's Lip-Bu Tan, Mistral's Arthur Mensch. Satya Nadella: "The driving equation for us remains the same: tokens per dollar per watt. Electrons come in one end and tokens come out the other." youtube.com/watch?v=FFMm45… Michael Dell says it here youtube.com/watch?v=M1tetA… Lip-Bu Tan here youtube.com/watch?v=g5EpN0… Arthur Mensch here youtube.com/watch?v=kKWOkW…. The phrasing barely varies between these executives Camp 5 "The lone skeptic" ❌👎 Alex Karp: "People are tired of token maxing. It looks like masturbation that's cost them money." youtube.com/live/72kQ7PYBa… =============== Out of all 50 CEOs surveyed, the number who predict total token spending goes down is zero. Not even Karp (who mocks the behavior) at no point does he forecast the spend falling. Camp 1 says tokens make money, Camp 2 says tokens get cheaper, Camp 3 says tokens cost too much, Camp 4 says tokens are a manufactured commodity and the winner is whoever converts dollars and watts into the most of them. Karp says the whole conversation is a distraction. Like this analysis? See more at tokens.ceointerviews.ai None of this is in a 10-K. None of it is on a Bloomberg terminal. It lives across tens of thousands of podcasts, firesides, and live show appearances, all venues where CEOs say what they mean. Our comprehensive CEOInterviews.ai dataset enables the kind of analysis here in < 30 minutes as we offer the high quality verified CEO transcripts on the internet optimized for LLM inputs.

Have you ever been to a hospital in China? Much of it is benchmark-Maxxed. Eg in Most 人民 hospitals to it’s normal to get your blood drawn while in a huge room seeing ten others getting their blood drawn. Medical consultants are less attentive due to huge patient volume and you occasionally have other patients weighing in on your diagnosis with their hot takes and recs Sure, overall costs and wait times are lower in China, but You’d need to visit expensive 国际 hospitals to get bearable treatment by western standards

Jordan's correct, no interview host has pressed Jensen on China before. But now they don't need to because I happen to manage the largest published dataset of CEO podcasts and pulled every Jensen Huang appearance that mentions China, Huawei, or export controls. Across 18 years and 709 quotes here is a detailed timeline summary of Jensen's China stance. Here are 2 contradictions below 👇 Contradiction #1 "Nanoseconds behind" vs. "generations ahead", the gap reverses in 9 weeks 2025-09-30 Chinese chips are only nanoseconds behind US models youtu.be/0w2JKqjByDI?si… 2025-12-03 We're generations ahead on chips. We are generations ahead on chips. And I think everybody recognizes that. youtube.com/watch?v=hypIdk… Going from "nanoseconds behind" (Sep 30, 2025) to "generations ahead" in just 9 weeks. The "generations ahead" line he repeats eight times in a single day of Washington press on Dec 3, 2025, in the same fireside where he calls Huawei "formidable the world has ever seen." (youtube.com/watch?v=EEMzZq…) By April 2026 he quantifies the lead as 1.6nm vs 7nm, about 3-4 process nodes. this is deliberate, both statements are made to different audiences. Contradiction #2 "We support export control" vs. "decoupling is naive" 2025-12-16 "We support export controls and we believe that United States should have the best technology all the time." youtube.com/watch?v=eEIL6W… 2026-01-08 "Decoupling from China is naive, the two countries are highly coupled" youtu.be/k-xtmISBCNE?si… 2026-02-26 The decision to block Nvidia ... has surely proven to be the wrong decision. youtu.be/pYnHlb7b1F8?si… 2026-04-16 If we want our infrastructure industry to grow, we need China. youtu.be/tofBqR5N1RI?si… Like this analysis? None of this is in NVDA's 10-K. None of it is on a Bloomberg terminal. It lives across 50+ podcasts, round table discussion panels, and Supply Chain Expo speeches, all venues where CEOs say what they mean. I built CEOInterviews.ai to structure this for every single C-suite exec across the S&P 500, Nasdaq, and major private AI labs. Verified transcripts. Timestamped. 10+ years of history. With the CEOInterviews API + Claude you can run this same arc or find contradictions on Lisa Su, Tim Cook, Dario, Sam, anyone.
