➡️A second man has now been charged after two teenage girls were r-ped on a beach in Great Yarmouth in May.
⚠️Following a police manhunt, Romanian national, Dawid Wlach, 35, has now been caught and charged.
Wlach has been released on conditional bail to appear in Norwich magistrates' court on 28th July.
The first man, Polish national, Madalin Ilinca, 34, was arrested in early June and charged.
Ilinca has been remanded into custody ahead of a plea and trial preparation hearing at Norwich crown court on the same day 28th July.

Police were called to South Beach Parade, in Great Yarmouth, at 12.37am on Saturday [16th May]. A man in his 30s was arrested yesterday in Northamptonshire and remains in custody for questioning. Officers are continuing their search for a second suspect described as: a white man in his 30s or 40s with dark hair and facial hair. A police cordon that was put in place has now been lifted and increased patrols are continuing in the area.

Do *you* understand the law? Was anyone "operating equipment beneath the clothing of another person"? Were they doing so "in circumstances where the genitals, buttocks or underwear would not otherwise be visible"? Or was it a photograph taken from the audience where Wallace has knowingly made the top of his thigh clearly visible to the audience?

Joey Esposito's analysis was lazily flawed and has disillusioned me entirely as to the reliability of Snopes going forward.
He has accepted without question the myth-building of vested interests (of little brain and even lesser honesty) that Wallace has been deadnamed when called "Fred". There is zero evidence to support the idea that Fred simply added -a to his birth name, though he is lazy enough to have done so.
He is called 'Fred' in the same way other transvestites are flippantly called 'Dave' or 'Dick' – with no biographical insight. "Fat Fred" is assonant and descriptive.
No independent primary sources (birth records, professional credits under a different full name, etc.) establishing a formal original name are locatable in publicly available material.
You cannot 'deadname' someone with a pseudonym with no provenance.
