@dragonballgames Can you please remove the anti cheat or allow Linux support like before. The fact that there are events that are just not available to everyone is disappointing and forces people to use save editors if they want the rewards since they aren’t allowed to get them through gameplay.

That would ruin the refund window for the consumer. The refund window is fine as is. Sadly people abuse the refund window but it being 2 hours within 14 days of purchase is fine as is.

It would be great for both consumers and developers to be able to have these on steam. Just make a separate refund window for short games.

@thedeadbrother @Crypto_Jargon The problem with changing the refund policy is that there’s no way to alter it to satisfy anyone. You keep it the same then shorter games will suffer. You make it percentage based on game length then it gets confusing why some get a 5 hour refund window while some get 10 minutes.

@benhumpert @Zoroarts @Steam @valvesoftware That would be a bad idea. For example let’s say you set it to 10% as ballpark estimate as a lot of games get story completed in 20 hours. Do you think certain games require a longer refund window than others? Some can be 10 hours while some would be 6 minutes. That won’t work.

@Zoroarts @Steam I have read many comments here and elsewhere. I'd suggest @valvesoftware to append a "% played" limit to the refund window. If a customer has played more than x % of a product, a refund is no longer possible (without a very good reason).

If people knew that the refund window was shorter for games under $10 then they wouldn’t bother purchasing it since they wouldn’t want to risk buying a buggy game if they only had a 30 minute window. Honestly the refund period is fine as is.

@Zoroarts @Steam I think offering a smaller refund window on cheaper games would also be beneficial. If the game is under 5$/10$, the refund window is still 14 days, but lower playtime (30 minutes/1h)

@Wario64 So what benefit does this bring? I’d understand the benefit if it gave a standalone digital copy in case the disc stops working but having the disc also be required for the digital copy to work doesn’t make any sense for this to be a useful feature.

@LunaSnowMain @Wario64 The general consensus is that pixel remaster is better than the 3D remake. The only thing that 3D remake has over pixel remake is that it has FF4 The After Years which is not available in the pixel remaster. Though if you have the cash getting both isn’t a bad choice.
