How do state-wide quality measures impact #radonc fractionation selection for 🦴 metastases? Within the Michigan Radiation Oncology Quality Consortium, quality measures were implemented in 2020 and 2022 to promote use of single fx (SFRT) and <=5 fx treatments for pts w/ 🦴 mets. Interesting to see a paper concerning omission of adjuvant ET in @JCO on early-stage breast cancer that doesn’t account for radiotherapy as a potential confounder. Could it be that patients were did not receive adjuvant ET also tended to decline radiotherapy as well? #radonc
