The @greateranglia app is misselling off peak ‘hare fare’ tickets for peak times. I purchased two tickets for peak services in/out of LDN but my ticket says ‘Hare Fare promo - off-peak’. Why is the app showing this fare on peak services. I want my £ back.

Bad and no common sense CS from @Dyson @AskDyson: Returned unopened hairdryer 7 Jan 2026, rec'd at warehouse 9 Jan (proof of both). Dyson refuses refund bc parcel not yet 'scanned'. Told to wait 48 hrs every call, no progress. I can’t be denied a refund bc of Dyson failure!

Classy move @ncpcarparks @greateranglia my wife stops to breast feed our 3 month old son and you slap her with a parking fine. Tried to appeal but apparently computer says no. Where’s the compassion?! Where’s the common sense?!

.@bt_uk -horrendous service. My services were disconnected by you last Monday (for no reason). I have since spent at least 2 hours a day on the phone trying to be reconnected. My wife is a teacher & needs the internet to teach! I also work from home. This needs to be sorted now.

@airfrance @AirFranceUK pls can you respond to my DM. I am booked to travel London-Mauritius (via Paris) but UK FCO advice and Mauritian Gov’t border closure to EU/UK means I won’t be travelling. Why has the flight not been cancelled? Will it be cancelled and a refund issued? Tks
