THE ODYSSEY has broken Avengers: Endgame’s record for the biggest advance ticket sales ever for a film in Greece. A fitting milestone for a story that has been part of Greek culture for nearly 3,000 years.

Just saw the Odyssey, and I am furious. Everyone online promised me a woke slop fest about DEI Helen of Troy teaming up with transgender Achilles to piss on the grave of WESTERN CIVILISATION. Instead I watched a masterpiece of cinema with touching performances, good pacing, and epic visuals. WTF!? Not a single Trump allusion; no ham-fisted climate change allegories; not even so much as a “yass Queen” from Telemachus. 1/5 stars.

I just watched Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. It wasn’t a movie. It was a $250 million cinematic crime against Homer the worst experience I’ve ever had at the cinema.
