@Dyson - what a joke! We are left without vacuum cleaner and no help from customer service team, they keep hanging up the calls every time. They have our money, Hoover sill under the warranty but NO HELP!

But what happens when the scammers are regulated by the @GamRegGB and referred to the @TheFCA and are still allowed to trade for a further 2 years attracting 10s of Millions of further deposits. I assume that compensation would be mandatory in that instance @StuartAndrew

@DCMS @lucyfrazermp @HouseofCommons Tell me how @GamRegGB followed rules & regulations in licencing #footballindex and then failing to protect consumers by investigating an unregulated complex derivative provider for 2 years whilst it became even less of a bookmaker and more a binary trading provider?

@ranil where is the accountability from the government regarding the failure of the @GamRegGB to regulate Football Index, knowingly allowing millions of stakes to be placed even after it established it was operating outside of it’s license. £124m of customers money, gone.

It's been 3 yrs since I first deposited £50 into #footballindex. 3 years later I've had nearly £19k stolen from a bet I placed which didn't have a chance to win or lose. stakes were stolen! Under so called "regulators" @GamRegGB Thanks to @Zidave1 and @fi_action WE won't stop!

Personal update from me on the @fi_action work on behalf of FI victims. The beginning of this year has been personally and professionally taxing on multiple levels (including two bouts of Covid) which means I simply haven't had clear time to focus on this hugely important work.

Cornwall Analysts has upped its estimate of the Oct price cap to a rise of 47% over April's rise (£2,900 for someone on typical use). So means the new 'fix or stay on price cap' best guesstimate... If you can find a fix cheaper than 25% above April cap, it now looks worth doing
