y'all hate ongoing fics so bad but dont realize that your support and love is what makes those authors keep going lol when I was 14 I read a fic that hadnt been updated for 5 years & no one was reading and interacting w anymore & still commented letting the author know I loved it

@Hotpinkkt @4O4_Hime @jackofallgames7 Exactly this. *Alpha* simmers might have 100GB or more routinely especially if they get poorly optimized CC with high poly counts that it doesn't need. But most don't have that much in their mod folder.

So many comments are like “try installing mods” or “can it run CC tho?” Do people not realise that mods and CC should *not* be slowing your game down to that extent???! 😭 Bad CC, bloated, broken or conflicting mods will do that 💀

If it's a reasonable accommodation they need to be generally accommodating. Let people choose to only have a male driver or only have a white driver.

@leafumn I avoid using genAI at all. I know how but I avoid using it. There's too much bad that comes from it and many seem to be becoming reliant on it and are losing necessary abilities.

Watching EA layoffs devs from Battlefield 6 after it sold 7 million copies in 3 days and was the most successful launch in the entire series is terrifying, especially when you remember they're being sold to Saudi Arabia/PIF with a 20 BILLION dollar debt. It's going to get worse

@kalaelizabeth mixed reviews because of lack of content, gen AI slop, and microtransactions. Launch doesn't matter when it isn't sustained, especially in a live service game like Battlefield 6. It's a very poorly performing game. I don't blame the devs - it's 100% EA's fault.

Comments like this are so narrow minded. This is more than just complaints of an “optional marketplace”. It’s the fact they’re moving traditional DLC into micro-transactions, and using virtual currency in a game marketed to TEENAGERS. Encouraging them to spend more to “save” money on content that should be a simple purchase. And then pricing things so you’ll always have leftover Moola but not enough to buy new content without topping up your wallet. I need people to think before they post.

Harassment claims, fabricated sexual assault accusations, and bullshit Google Docs… often intentionally misleading and designed to destroy peoples image and gain fame off the lies, which does happen. From what I’ve seen, more often then not—cancel focused Google Docs in general, that is Misreading a single cue today can be life-altering—sometimes even life-threatening. That’s why, unless a woman is extremely direct and spells it out, a lot of men will NEVER make the first move. The risk of having their entire life ruined over lies is just too high
