Why does #tesco #foil stink of chemicals!? Every roll for the last 6 months at least. Surely this can't be good?!

@MelanieJaneA_ They’re closing my inquiry as they have apparently ‘resolved’… told me to tell my buyers to select another postal method.. 🤦🏻‍♀️

#vinted are only allowing my buyers to use #inpost I had disabled everything except #royalmail They tell me it is my buyers, but my buyers report they have no option other than inpost. Very suspicious, especially as they will not fix the matter.

@vintedUK have removed my #postalpreferences (only Royal Mail) and are only offering inpost (which I had disabled). They refuse to acknowledge or resolve. Looks like they’re in the pocket of inpost. I can’t be the only one?! #complaint #poorservice #sellerunfriendly

@MelanieJaneA_ @vintedUK After saying there’s no issue and the usual troubleshooting stuff, the problem persists! The issue I have is that inpost shows as my only option - to pick up point and to home?! This option was disabled with the rest, only Royal Mail was enabled. Sounds like they’re in cahoots.

@LyddieMC @vintedUK It just makes no sense to do it. Why offer a delivery service a seller doesn’t use? They then take the money from the buyer & take ages to refund them. All sounds very corrupt doesn’t it

I only use Evri to ship items I sell on Vinted as it’s the most convenient. My account clearly shows this. I’ve sold the same item twice to the same person but have to keep cancelling as I don’t use the delivery option they have chosen 🤯 Make it make sense @vintedUK

@MelanieJaneA_ @vintedUK Still waiting for a reply… they did this in August too. I just don’t appreciate that none of them seem to understand that this is a ‘thing’- they just put it back on us- it must be us getting something wrong.

@LyddieMC @vintedUK Oh my gosh that’s terrible. I’ve contacted them & waiting on a reply. It was fine a couple of weeks ago but 3 times now I’ve had to cancel sales. The buyers have to wait a while for their refund too. It’s just awful

Sent an item on @vintedUK using RoyalMail track24 service-only error was I’d upgraded it & they hadn’t paid for tracked.This meant Vinted couldn’t track the original order.They asked for proof of postage, I provided! But they still refunded the buyer(who’d confirmed receipt!)😞

@vintedUK my account is allowing buyers to select postal options that I have disabled. This happened in August and again now. I have had to put my profile into holiday mode until resolved. I’ve now sent 2 help requests.

@cbarber700 @easyJet Maths isn’t a strong point. We too had a lost baggage issue and had to repurchase items; still we were not over. We had x2 23kg and x1 26kg. The lady couldn’t compute that we had a combined 72kg and was trying to say we needed to pay for being 3kg over (72kg..)

@easyJet you have not replied to my complaint about refusing boarding unless we paid excess baggage when one baggage was lost on outward journey. We had paid for 4x 23kg on return journey but only had 3 bags and were 8kg over 3x23kg but we were still forced to pay excess

@itvMLshow my undergrad student loan was deducted from my monthly pay at a higher rate when I was awarded a bonus every April. They said it was bc the assumption was that my pay was therefore at that amount p/m not one off. Was that right? @MartinSLewis
