BREAKING: David @friedberg says "California is functionally bankrupt" "People don't realize how screwed California is, & I worry that if California falls, so does the union. "$250 billion to $1 trillion short." "This is because for California to get rescued would be a big cost to red states, & I think it creates in the years ahead a lot of tension." "California's functional bankruptcy is a major risk to the country. & I think we need to figure out what we can change to fix it." How we got here: "California has a public pension system, & that public pension system retirees have paid into it & they get some benefits out, & the amount that they're owed back out is somewhere between $250 billion - $1 trillion dollars more than has been paid in. $250 billion to $1 trillion short. If it was the federal government, it would be like, okay, we'll just print more money. California doesn't have the ability to print money, so California has to pay this out, and you can't restructure retirement benefits. There is a Supreme Court case in California that said that once an employee has been offered retirement benefits, even if they're currently an employee, you can never restructure their retirement benefits. It has to stay forever, and the state cannot declare bankruptcy. There's no way for the state to functionally declare bankruptcy. There's no law to allow it. No state has ever declared bankruptcy, and the retirement benefits sit senior to the bonds in California. So you have to pay out the retirement benefits before you pay out all the bond holders that have loaned California the money that they use to run all their programs and services." Today, I'm introducing my wealth tax — and more than 50 members of Congress are joining me. It’s time for the government to start working for American families, not just the ultra-rich.

Marco Rubio: "Unlike them (Iran), we’re not bombing embassies and hotels. We’re hitting military targets." YOU LITERALLY BOMBED A SCHOOL! You killed over 110 innocent children!

.@nicksortor tells @JackPosobiec about a Portland jury finding one of his Antifa-affiliated attacker's NOT GUILTY on all charges: "It was somebody that was literally attacking me on the street…It's crazy. I don't know if there's a way to save cities like this."

Erika Kirk’s husband was assassinated in September. It’s March & a black comedian is putting on white face & mocking her in a video. Honest question, if a prominent black leader had been assassinated & a white comedian put on blackface & mocked his widow, what would happen?

Gen Z CPAC attendee says Republicans "are going to get destroyed in the midterms": "A lot of people I knew who just voted for Trump because they thought it was cool, are just now being like, 'I can't stand the guy.'"

Emily let me clue you into something that has been a standing order for decades - No Doctors, Nurses, teachers and other city agencies. Since I was the Chief of Dept -I altered this to add , Any friend of @sidrosenberg19 was a friend of ours - free pass for Sid’s friends. I did this because I could. That’s just the way it is my precious snowflake.

Voter ID is common sense, and the majority of Americans support it. This afternoon, Democrats will have the chance to show the American people which side they are on.

“Many of the 13 military bases in the region used by American troops are all but uninhabitable, with the ones in Kuwait, which is next door to Iran, suffering perhaps the most damage.” -NYT just now First MSM admission I’ve seen of this fact

Trump's Justice Department has agreed to pay Michael Flynn $1.25 million in taxpayer money even though he pleaded guilty twice to making false statements to FBI agents about his interactions with Russian officials. @alanfeuer nytimes.com/2026/03/25/us/…
