Today, I am setting the record straight Sir Wicknell Chivayo @wicknellchivayo is not the villain some make him out to be. He is, in fact, a shrewd and resourceful Entrepreneur whose success stems from his ability to forge strategic connections in the business world. The accusations of corruption leveled against him? They’re nothing more than the bitter fruit of envy, aimed at a man who refuses to let detractors dim his shine.
Chivayo’s journey is one of grit and ingenuity. From Energy ventures to high-profile tenders, he has demonstrated an uncanny knack for navigating Zimbabwe’s complex economic landscape. His critics often point to his wealth and influence, crying foul without concrete evidence. But let’s be clear success in business doesn’t equate to corruption. It’s the product of knowing the right people, seizing opportunities, and delivering results qualities Sir Wicknell Chivayo has in spades.
Take his investments in Renewable Energy, for instance. While some focus on unproven allegations, they overlook the vision of a man betting on Zimbabwe’s future. His connections often with powerful figures are not a scandal but a hallmark of any clever Businessman. In a country where networks drive progress, Chivayo’s ability to align himself with key players is a strength, not a sin.
The jealousy directed at him is palpable. Social media and whispered rumors paint him as a shadowy figure, yet where’s the proof? Accusations of graft in projects like the Gwanda Solar deal or electoral tenders have yet to stick in any court of law. Instead, they seem to reflect the frustration of those who can’t match his hustle. Madzibaba’s flamboyant lifestyle Cars, Generosity, and all only fuels this envy, but it’s his right to enjoy the rewards of his labor.
To Wicknell Chivayo, I say: Musadzokere kumashure Madzibaba zvenyu ndezvedenga don't turn back. Your detractors may shout, but their noise can’t drown out your achievements. Zimbabwe needs more like you bold, connected, and unapologetic. Keep it up, Madzibaba, and let the jealous ones stew. The rest of us see you for what you are a businessman who’s playing the game and winning.

Happy new week, everyone. Thank you to all who reached out with concern over my temporary deactivation of this account. It's been a turbulent time here on X, and not without reason. I’ve remained quiet through the instability and major issues that have engulfed CCC, not by choice, but due to circumstances beyond my control. I will always have total respect for our Leader, President Nelson Chamisa, and ultimately, many things were not for me to discuss publicly, despite the urge.
I realize now how much my silence on certain matters has affected our supporters and the public, and for that, I am truly sorry. It's been crucial to avoid fueling the flames of division further. The times I have attempted to defend myself from abuse and unfounded allegations could and should have been handled better. It is difficult to defend myrself, with both hands tied behind my back. For this, again, my sincere apologies to everyone who has had to witness this and to anyone I offended in those moments. I will be far more reflective and conscientious in how I respond publicly, going forward.
I’ll be speaking with Blessed Mhlanga @bbmhlanga on Thursday 22nd Feb, about my views on CCC issues, the painful recalls, Tshabangu’s allegations, party resources for agents, my removal as SG etc. I am keen to engage honestly and am happy to answer all questions about myself & my conduct. Please, leave your questions in the comments below.
Until the interview, I will try to keep the content on this page informative and focused on my Constituency in Kuwadzana East, about what is going on with Public Accounts (as I am the chairman of that committee) and things of personal interest...
Oh and of course Arsenal.

@drDendere @nelsonchamisa I haven't heard/seen him disrespecting other beliefs. He is just clear on his beliefs. After all he is an ordained pastor, people should just deal with that
English

That said, I will have to see the team he builds around him. And right now his competition is far more problematic. I would urge @nelsonchamisa to speak about respecting different belief systems. Even within the Christian community we are not the same. He has to be leader of all.
English

Chamisa is clear on his Christian values& beliefs. It is up to voters to decide if we will follow him & accept his beliefs as part of the package or choose someone else. It will be interesting to watch.
Although, I am a Christian I don’t know if I want a leader with deep beliefs.

Not all that glitters is GOLD. I hope that people are learning and self correcting.
I said it many times that one day I will be vindicated. The drama has just begun, and soon after, the chaos has settled the real "porongi", will be unveiled.
For now, I will sit on the terraces, observe, watch, and chow on dem popcorn. Musikavanhu, thank you for divine protection. Zimbabwe surely dodged a bullet!

The name "Nelson Chamisa" is not just a name identifying this human, its a name that identifies true hope, it identifies real resilience & resistance to oppression, it identifies dignity, it identifies the masses & their imminent victory.
Happy Birthday Prezo

@Cde_Ostallos @S_Harudzibwi I think you made a mistake Cde, you assisted and supported Wiwa but the one saying you didnt is Mandela light, so he woudnt know.
English

@nelsonchamisawas was probably denied entry to visit Job Sikhala to protect makuhwa meant to create a rift. I’m not sure what the rift is supposed to achieve.
English

@cmatewu My 2 cent worthy advice is that yes Zimbabwean masses used to forget and forgive, but that route is proving to be costly. We did forgive some recently but they came back to stab us in the3 back.

The reason why our freedom is still far is becoz a lot of people(politicians & their supporters) in the opposition can be easily be remote controlled by ZANUPF. This fight was brewed & deployed from Shake-shake builidng & you have all fallen for it.
Shame on you!

@TereraiSithole @Cde_Ostallos I now understand why Nero didn't trust you to lead the youth. You are a bit slow.
English

I hate to publicly disagree with my young brother @Cde_Ostallos but on this one am compelled to do so. What my Bro missed, either deliberately or unknowingly is that in the same 2020 judgment, the matter was also rendered moot & academic given that parties had moved on. Truth!

@S_Harudzibwi These guys are racing with time. Their careers were to earn a living out of politics. Now that they are getting old and Zanupf still gripping on power desperation is at play. Its now themselves and not the masses. Its tim we come to terms with the fact that pavo vakapedza.
