If what she said was true & she was in the right & have evidence to prove it. Why did she settle? She didn't have to agree to a settlement.

Baldoni and Wayfarer confirmed in the joint statement that Blake Lively’s allegations have merit. They did so to avoid trial, because it’s Lively’s side that has the smoking guns.

She leaves a trail of her planning to make it hard for everyone on that set. She started talking behind Justin's back & nice to his face.

She settled her claim of retaliation & wasn't proven to have happened. She couldn't handle when she was trying to destroy someone else. It back fired and it hurt her instead

After months of rhetoric about a vast, coordinated smear campaign supposedly designed to destroy @blakelively, what did the courtroom ultimately produce? No explosive discovery reveal. No judicial reckoning. No findings of fault. No liability established against Justin Baldoni or Wayfarer. In fact, no court confirmation that this grand “orchestrated retaliation campaign” even existed in the way it was publicly portrayed by Lively and Reynolds. Because if there truly had been a deliberate, malicious operation built on lies, manipulation, and retaliation, you would think proving it in court would’ve been the central objective. Instead, @blakelively settled and dropped her remaining three claims. And the irony only gets better. @blakelively's own digital expert on “inauthentic online activity,” Aron Culotta, failed to identify any false statements about her that were supposedly being “inauthentically amplified.” Instead, the report focused on people criticising Lively over things entirely rooted in her own public conduct: her acting, her interview demeanour, her decision to have Ryan Reynolds revise the script, the cross-promotion of a domestic violence film alongside her husband’s action-comedy and alcohol brand, the social media unfollowing drama, and even criticism surrounding the plantation wedding. In other words, the “smear campaign” appears to consist largely of people having opinions on things that objectively happened. @RReynoldsDaily The women on that set wanted more control and didn't like the words no. When Claire asks for more money. She was told no. Jen got help to get a better apartment. Jen can make crude jokes. But no one else can. Isabela didn't want to do the cookie dough scene. But it is in the book

Alex wanted to take over and have more control. Jen got upset because she got a refund for an apartment. Jen can say crude jokes. But no one else can joke.

Another installment of The Myriad Ways Blake Lively Tormented, Harassed, Manipulated, and Abused Justin Baldoni: Justin Baldoni confesses to Blake when they were “friends” (the period of love-bombing to draw out his vulnerabilities) that he had a massive crush on Britney Spears. She was his very first celeb crush as a teen coming into his sexual awakening. He revealed to Blake that he had a poster on his wall of Britney in a particular dress that floored him. A Versace dress that Britney had worn to the designer’s Spring 2003 fashion show, and he couldn’t get over it. We all know what it’s like to be a teen coming into your own and having your first celeb crush. It’s a part of becoming who you are. Blake then took this info, when Sony wouldn’t shut Justin out completely from HER big NY premiere, and realized another opportunity to psychologically torment her victim. She hunted down that EXACT dress and flaunted it at the premiere. Who does that??? This is sick behavior, and it’s personal. You don’t do this to someone that means nothing. It’s intimate, and Blake wanted him in some sick way to be sexually attracted to her. It was also another display of her access and power, to be able to acquire a vintage piece like that from Versace. What reason would there be, after so many wins, to continue to torture this man? In my opinion, she and Ryan both got a sick and twisted thrill from it. In their eyes, he couldn’t fight back. He was completely powerless. They were going to crush his very psyche, his very soul!! It’s highly disturbing to realize the depths of depravity that were reached in targeting this man and they’re STILL. NOT. FINISHED.
