⚠️ Customer Information Since October, Ryanair passengers have been checking in at Terminal 1 - Departures A and using the new security lanes before entering the Terminal 3 Departure lounge. ​ From 00.01 on 5th March 2026, the Terminal 1 – Departures A entrance will be renamed Terminal 3 Departures to better align with the customer journey. ​ Arrivals remain unchanged. All Ryanair flights arriving at Manchester Airport will continue to arrive at Terminal 3 Arrivals.​ To align with these changes and for consistency across the site, we will also be renaming all of our car park products. From 5th March 2026, all parking locations will adopt a new numbering system (P1–P16) to help customers more easily identify their designated parking product. For more information ➡️ bit.ly/4r52Xih

At Manchester Airport, volunteering is a chance for us to support the people and places around us. Since January 2025, we've held four Community Trust Fund meetings and provided over £122,690 in support to 75 community groups and charities across our local area. Between January and October, our colleagues have contributed more than 7,800 volunteering hours to local projects and that commitment continues to grow. This year we’ve also purchased 1,595 gifts for Giftmas, which will be shared with a range of local causes, including homeless shelters, schools, community centres, food banks, children’s centres and care homes. Our colleagues are joining in too, donating around 2,000 Christmas gifts to help spread a little joy where it’s needed most. As we celebrate World Volunteer Day, we’re grateful for everyone who gives their time, energy and kindness to make a positive difference.

Last week, more than 50 children with serious or life-limiting illnesses set off from Manchester Airport on a dream trip to Orlando, thanks to the amazing work of children's charity ChildFlight, in conjunction with TUI and Manchester Airport 🏰💫 Before takeoff, our social team caught up with a few of the children to hear about their excitement 🥰 Their two-week trip is packed with pool parties, theme park thrills at Universal and Disney, a magical meet-up with Mickey Mouse, and a shopping spree in Orlando’s Old Town! ✈️🇺🇸
