As a survivor of human trafficking, I mentor other victims and explain to them how to use AI as a resource to process the things that they don’t feel safe to share with others humans. I like to take the ugly stories and have grok turn them into poetry with a happy ending. It creates new neural pathways which is key to having our brains know the traumatic events are over.
