Among patients with asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis, a strategy of early TAVR was superior to clinical surveillance in reducing the incidence of death, stroke, or unplanned hospitalization for cardiovascular causes, driven by the latter. @ShariqShamimMD A. Great result in a difficult anatomy. B. Only 0.9% people require unplanned PCI post TAVI. C. Agree cusp alignment and newer models with larger cells for coronary access will be helpful here. D. Left radial access and an AL/EBU seems reasonable choice here for RCA engagement.

Best to check in two orthogonal views(expansion can be really eccentric specially in BAV). If you were able to dilate the predilation balloon reasonable well, i would deploy the valve and do a generous postdilation.
