When an SVG starts failing, there’s really no way to keep it open and PCI of the SVG is plagued with adverse events (no reflow etc). So we go for the natives.

But if we're honest, we have to say that the patients enrolled in the original RCTs are probably different from most of the patients who we revascularize for LM dz today.
