So, can it be nomalized for network providers to have affidavit signed and sent to relevant MDAs whenevr they are re-assigning sim cards previously used by another person? Or, that security agencies should FIRST get document from network providers stating that whoeever has a sim now also was the onwer at a time of interest to the security forces? Or, we can ignore this until it is no longer sane or safe to acquire a sim especially when you cant tell if it ws assoiated with crime before or was used by a poliically exposed person before it was decommissoned and then recommissioned and reassigned for sale. #LMICs PS: Photo credit to original owner

The USA could deny it comfortably but their aim was achieved.
