@nfldraftscout I did this for years. I always got all my stuff ready the night before. Packed my lunch and set up the coffee pot. Had my gym bag packed. For me, having everything ready made me less likely to roll over and say I don’t have time to get ready. Also, I never, ever hit the snooze.

Tomorrow I start waking up at 4:45am to workout before getting into my work day. Anyone have tips for making this adjustment? Other than “go to bed earlier”.
