The credit for destroying TNBJP will go one and only to Annamalai. He destroyed the organisation from within. Indulged in relentless self promortion, planted DMK moles in key positions, sidelined top performers in BJP. Transformed ideology based party into personality based party, rest is propaganda

@Mahesh10816 In TN credit goes to chanakya and Modi for sidelining KA and the end result is one the face @AmitShah

@dmuthuk it is not actually amit bai. It is nirmala mamy who convinced modi and amit bai to go against annamalai. But the mamy is convinced by vanathi and co? anyway it is a big loss and a lesson to bjp delhi and edapadi bjp loyalists.

For all the work Amit Shah did including removing Annamalai, BJP has ended up with just one seat in Tamil Nadu.

A day victorious for BJP 1. Biggest win is in West Bengal. Within 10 years look how far BJP has gone from 3 to nearly 200 2. Retaining Assam with even higher number of seats with no signs of anti incumbency. 3. From zero to 2 in Kerala. The way BJP works next 10 years can be a different story for Kerala altogether The biggest takeaway so far: Every other political party should learn from BJP - how to contest elections.

@dmuthuk Super. That's why he shows a blank white paper when edapadi asks for white paper about industries. It is the calibre of saraya vyapari raja. Don't put too much muttu to dmk. They are not deserved for thus.

Don't know whether DMK or ADMK is going to come to power. I want to give credit where it is genuinely due. I've no hesitation in saying T.R.B.Rajaa has been one of the best industries minister in the entire country. We've seen very good industrial growth spread across entire Tamil Nadu during the last 5 years. Rajaa has been a great asset to the government. His contribution is significant in the state achieving double digit real GDP growth.

Stop trying to hit 10,000 steps. A new study just published in The Lancet Public Health reveals the "Sweet Spot" for longevity. It is not 10k. It is 7,000. If you are currently stuck at 2,000 steps, hitting 7,000 changes everything. ▶️Here is the breakdown of what happens to your body: 1. The "Half-Life" of Early Death The most shocking finding? Moving from 2k to 7k steps cuts your risk of Early Death and Heart Disease Death by a staggering 47%. You are essentially cutting your mortality risk in half just by adding a 45-minute walk to your day. 2. The Brain Shield Physical activity is not just for your muscles; it is for your mind. 🔸Dementia Risk: Reduced by 38% 🔸Depressive Symptoms: Reduced by 22% Consistency at the 7,000-step mark is one of the most effective "medicines" for cognitive health we have. 3. Disease Prevention The data shows a massive drop-off in chronic illness risk: 🔸Type 2 Diabetes: -14% 🔸New Heart Disease Cases: -25% 🔸Cancer Death: -37% 4. Why 7,000 steps? 🔸The study found that the "Risk Reduction Curve" is steepest between 2,000 and 7,000 steps. 🔸After 7,000, you still get benefits, but the "return on investment" begins to level off. For the average person, 7,000 is the ultimate efficiency point for health. ✅The Bottom Line: You don't need to be a marathon runner. You don't even need the "magical" 10,000 steps. You just need to get off the couch. 2,000 steps = Danger Zone 7,000 steps = The Sweet Spot ❓Which camp are you in right now? 1. Below 5k 2. Hitting the 7k Sweet Spot 3. Pushing 10k+ Drop your daily average in the replies below!

A simple blood test can reveal the cause of memory problems. A 50-year-old man developed memory loss for 3 months. Naturally, he feared dementia. ▶️But a simple blood test revealed the real cause. His CBC showed: MCV = 122 fL (normal: 80–100) This means the red blood cells were abnormally large, a clue doctors call macrocytosis. ▶️That single finding prompted a test for vitamin B12. Result: Severe deficiency (70 pg/mL). ▶️The reason? He had been on a strict vegan diet, and vitamin B12 is found mainly in animal-derived foods. ✅He was started on vitamin B12 injections. Within weeks, his memory started improving. ▶️Important lessons: • Vitamin B12 deficiency can mimic dementia • It can cause memory loss, nerve damage, and anemia • A simple CBC clue (high MCV) can reveal the diagnosis • Early treatment can reverse symptoms ✅Bottom line: 🔸Not every memory problem is Alzheimer’s disease. 🔸Sometimes, the cause is a vitamin deficiency that is easily treatable. 🔸Always look for reversible causes of cognitive decline. Think of walking as a small daily gift you give your body. Morning, evening, or after meals — it doesn’t matter as much as simply showing up. A few gentle steps help your sugar settle, your digestion improve, and your mind feel lighter. Try to reach those 7,000 steps with kindness, not pressure. Your body listens when you move with care. #Healthtips #Morningwalk #Diabetessymptoms #highbloodsugar #diabetescare

No one is asking you to build a rocket-ship. And, go to moon. But, figuring out a way to move to country X is not impossible. Yes, it requires work. And, it comes with 100 challenges. But, all those challenges can be slowly solved with time, effort and by directing your energy to good use. 1000s of people have done it in the past. And, 1000s of people will do it from this point.

⚡ UAE works if you're already rich. For ₹20L salary guy: visa costs, higher living expenses, and no family support eats the tax saving. That 6% yield? After maintenance and vacancy, it's 4%. And 0% capital gains only helps if you never come back. Most return in 5 years, confused.

Today it is de-facto banning of FnO. Some years later, it would be de-facto banning of foreign equities, foreign real estate. The logic that: oh general junta can't invest. So they need to be "protected" is quite dumb. Either we have a free market where people have a fair choice to invest or we have an over-regulated market. By this logic of investor protection: investing in IPO should also be banned. As most investors (even the seasoned ones) have lost money investing in Indian IPOs. While we are at it: why just IPOs? Let's put more taxes on entire stock investing. Let's promote only "Safe" investing. At this speed, we will be left with 2 asset classes (1) FD (2) Political donations.
